When V2 is released... V1 will cease to exist.
If I understood Shannon correctly; after Shannon, Ben, and the female tester are done testing. V1 owner's will receive a free upgrade and everyone else will only have access to V2.
Shannon said that the program will be free for the v1 owners but not all of them will participate to the testing.
Only users who bought it before a certain date will test it before the release!
