I'm already trying a week with less hours. I was listening 12-16 hours a day. Now I'm doing 8-10 while I sleep to see what happens. If I get positive results from that I'll do less. So far the results aren't positive for me but I'll give till Friday to make my evaluation.
Maybe alternate one week less hours, one week more hours?
