Yep, this is what it's all about really.
I happen to be very aware of my body and surroundings so that when signs of growth or change come my way I notice them. Those little changes stack up over time and create the new you.
It's like when i register the cuts and scratches on my hands and arms as resistance to a sub. 99% of the time i am very careful not to let myself get injured, even in small ways. But every time I've been on a sub so far resistance coincides with me getting cut up. Some people might not make that correlation but to me it's critical to recognizing my reaction to the sub both short term and where the sub might be taking me overall in the long run.
