This is very curious, but also very necessary that at least one BASE user try since it was an open question for many of us. Now we know.
After my run with E 2 I will very likely go with AOSI or back on with BASE. My business mind was pretty much solidified anyway, but using BASE sort of magnified things to be more obvious (more ambitious, generally larger vision oriented focus etc).
Jake, I'm guessing that you're still sticking to BASE or have you decided to pursue AOSI for a full cycle?
