The public scripts are the core of each statement. The metascripting makes them more complex than that, even in 4G.
In 5G the metascripting makes them very complex. In 5.5G, extremely complex. And in 6G, it is so complex that it is impossible for even a native English speaker to consciously follow what is being said of they listen to it consciously.
That said... the subconscious knows and is capable of a lot more than we think. It has no trouble with understanding even 6G scripting, even at high speeds. So I wouldn't worry about the complexity. The only possible issue is that they may not know the language. But it is also entirely possible that at a subconscious level - they do.
