What are some examples or further explanations for each of these? I'm not quite sure which one I am from reading that.
Most people are a mix of these, and sometimes so much so that it is impossible to tell without using some esoteric system to figure it out.
Generally these personality/physiology types will correspond to the archetypal elements used by the ancients, as Alpha360 pointed out.
The two personality/physiology types most receptive tend on average to have stockier frames and more of a tendency to increased body fat. The two less receptive tend to be more active and of less body fat on average and taller and thinner.
When you mix them, you can end up with some body types that are very hard to classify. I happen to be a mix of three of them, and you'd never guess two of them. Only the passionate type makes itself outwardly known in my body type.
It is, however, too simplistic by far to say that, for example, passionate types have red hair - although it is frequently true that when this element/personality/physiology is dominant, red hair is a likelihood. It is more common for the presence of the redhead gene to be associated, with brown hair instead.
It's not just four types of people. There are many combinations possible, but it is too complex to say that in a quick note.
