Hands and feet heating up- yongquan and laogong areas or heels and general palms? Any major Dan tien activity? Your aura expanding feel like weiqi expansion or more shen/wuji based?
And I crack up everytime I read the hunger stuff. Some people eat to deal with their emotions. Seems like AOSI makes you eat to adjust other people's lol
Awesome, fellow martial artist? I'm a Japanese stylist, so I don't know TOO much about the terms you're using, but I'm familiar enough with them to say that there's definitely some activity in the laogong area (so I'm assuming it's the same for the feet). In fact, when I connect the two points (hand over hand) the flow of energy feels malleable, like I can shape it.
I'll try to explain what I perceive about the aura in the best way I can: The aura itself (at least for me) is DENSE. I've only ever felt it this dense after performing a Shotokan kata called Hangetsu with my instructor, which has internal energy work in the movements and breathing.
It radiates at a very slow pace and when I focus hard enough, I swear it's close enough to physical manifestation that I'd be able to see it. No dantien activity as of yet -- but keep in mind that I've only run it once.
I feel it mostly on my upper back. Gets VERY HOT there, but feels good.
Not martial arts so much anymore. More internal alchemy and other weird shit lol.
Sounds like the laogong/yongquan if it's shapeable. And it does also sound like the weiqi. Basically bleed over from cranking your internal energies up. That'd make sense from your mentioned earlier experience. Upper back is also where governor vessel can divert down to the hands also. This sub sounds likes a beast!
