Yes you are.
I have made Andrew aware of it, and he suggests that it is likely an issue on your end. I suggest you try the following:
1. Restart your browser, and clear the cache. Then try again.
2. Try a different browser.
3. Restart your computer.
We will reset the downloads and if necessary create a new order to see if that helps. I am going to have to leave shortly, though, so you'll need to contact the back end via e-mail if you need support while I am gone, and I am not sure if Ben is up right now, think he's sleeping since it's night in Australia right now. But I have been awake 18 hours working again and it's long past time for me to sleep instead of talk about it.
