Hey guys i just purchsed AOSI and i have a question, what should i use? flac or MP3 . i have no clue what the difference is and i will play it on my iphone.

Flac and MP3 differ in two ways.

1. File size. If this is more important for you, as you have limited space.
2. Audio quality. If this is more important for you, choose FLAC, as it gives a small improvement in subliminal audio clarity, which gives a slight edge for effectiveness.

I think I remember that iPhones suck, so they can't use FLAC. Apple uses ALAC instead, so you would have to use mp3. I don't recommend trying to transcode it from FLAC to ALAC, because at that point you have no guarantee that it's still pristine and undamaged.

You can get the TuneShell app and listen to FLAC on iPhones through there. Options to loop and everything.

I just don't like Apple products because they try to exclude everyone else (Bluetooth, anyone?) and make their users jump through stupid hoops like having to use an app to use a universal standard like bluetooth and FLAC.

But hey, you can't see a black hole cause its black. I forgive you.
