Hmm my thought is what happens when you stop the program and aren't burning that same energy. Would it then be easier for them to put it back on?
I'd be keen for a 'get ripped' program more for bodybuilders/gym people where I lose fat and get ripped while maintaining muscle. At this point I don't think the weight loss program is suited for my goal since it has measurement specifications inbuilt and I want to get more muscular.
And to be able to maintain the being ripped. I don't care about crazy ripped like bodybuilding competition level but if I could maintain something like 12% bodyfat it'd be cool.
Obviously that would not and could not be the whole goal and focus and effect of the program. It would be useful for getting weight under control quickly while we were to adjust everything else behind the scenes that caused the weight issues in the first place, so that when you're done, you don't need to burn massive amounts of energy and your eating habits allow for the weight to stay off.
