Shannon I'm thinking of doing this after WM: 1 month E2, 1 month this AOS 5.5g sub, and then 1 month AM refresher before going into SM3. Do you think I should change the order at all? And do you think that this new AOS subliminal would boost the effects of SM3 or do you think I should just cut it out since I would be only running it for a month (maybe 2 or 3 if it's amazing I guess).

Edit: do you think it would just be better to run E2 longer instead of adding in the new AOS? From the perspective of gaining the most out of SM3. What would you say would be the most efficient amount of time to dedicate to E2 would be without waiting too long?

I don't see an issue with that order, but the order is up to you.

AOSI and SM3 will interact in semi-synergystic manner, but they also have distinctly different goals. The overlap is actually relatively small. You may see a boost to one or two of the goals of SM3, but I can't be sure about that.

More time on E2 is never a bad thing. If I were going to choose between some time with E2, AOSI and SM3, or more time with E2 and then SM3, if my goals were to max out SM3 I think I would choose more time with SM3.

That said, I can't know exactly how or much AOSI will impact SM3 without real world testing.
