Of course it can. But is it better to burn fuel that destroys the car's engine by being burned, or fuel that makes the engine better over time?
Anger can be made useful and it's results turned into a positive as you work on overcoming it. But in the end, your goal is to prevent yourself from having to feel it at all.
On AM, you're experiencing anger because you're not putting up with being mistreated anymore, and in response to past mistreatments. It is useful to expel it, and in doing so, use it as fuel to make yourself better. But mastering yourself will make anger unnecessary eventually.
Of course that's easy to say, but it's much harder to make your reality.
