MY Family My Mother and Father, extended family are all as you've put it about some one else are 'emotional thinkers' we are a very emotional bunch. passionate, sometimes intense(the males in my family tend to be more so than the females) I defintely am an intense passionate left handed-right-brain-old-soul-emotional thinker/feel-er...
with all that said.... I am in a serious place in my life including still greiving the sudden tragic loss of a cousin of 29 yrs of age,a long time good ole friend of 68 a few months back....would E2 take away my ability to grieve to feel sorrow and sadness around these people and these things , as self pity and indulging in self pity is purged, wiped out while using E2???? please inform. MY heart is my biggest asset in my life and just want it to heal and grow, not be semi-shut down as a result though I dont think it would be with such a powerful tool and program as E2. thank you Keith.
E2 is designed not to take away anything. It is designed and intended to allow you an easy, complete way of healing yourself emotionally and processing pain and grief, at the optimal speed and levels of intensity and focus for you, while involving the conscious mind as little as possible in anything uncomfortable that must be dealt with or purged.
It won't take away anything; it will instruct you to process it without involving your conscious mind in painful processing. The end result is that you seem consciously to stop hurting, but the grief is being processed normally at different levels, just at the optimal pace and intensity for you to get through it as quickly and safely as possible.
You will be all good, my friend.
