If you didn't, it would be interesting to try to make the lips bigger as I think it's linked to sexuality, to desire, to self worth, to attractiveness. But you already know that I guess.
Changing the hair color would be a big one too. Should I mention red hair Shannon?
According to my research so far, personality and physiology are deeply and heavily intertwined. I would expect that changing appearance in significant and permanent ways - eye color, hair color, etc. - would change the personality much as training yourself to change your handwriting changes the personality, instead of revealing it as graphology normally does.
