I have always seemed to be rather resistant to subs. I have never really been able to say for sure that any of them have done something for me though I still continue to use them(Not blaming the subs at all). My question is regarding the new EHPRA 2.0. I have been on it for 44 days now and I am noticing a BIG increase in the pull to be on social media. It was already a pretty bad habit of mine before this but lately it has just been ridiculous. Literally wasting away almost entire days on it at times. Could this be a form of resistance to the subs programming? Like the technology in this program is more advanced than the others ive used so my subconscious is doing all it can to stall me? I have never experienced such an incredibly addicting pull to it before
That does sound like an effort at resistance. It will pass, but what are you trying to resist and avoid?
