The sleep one also sounds good to me since not sleeping is one thing that really pisses me off. It seems to happen to me too often. Though I can't say i'd use it for 32-90 days just for that.

The sleep aid is a Type A/C subliminal. It is designed to allow you to fall asleep in the moment. It is designed to relax your mind, body and emotions in the moment to achieve sleep. It is not designed to be used all night, or for long term programming. It is ITM-SS on steroids. I typically use it for two repetitions in a playlist, after which I use BAMM.

The only time I run it on loop is when I have all the time to sleep that I want, and I have a desperate need for sleep. It will typically fully recharge me in one night. But again, it's not intended for long term programming use. It's intended to be used to fall asleep, and that's it. Typically (with Prototype 2) this takes 30 to 90 minutes, and with Prototype 7, 10 to 45. The next prototype should be much faster and more powerful, and you probably won't need to run it more than 30 minutes to fall asleep.

So no worries. Just pop it in the start of your playlist and you're good to go.

What subliminal are you referring to, I don't have a problem sleeping although it does takes me longer than usual to fall asleep. I want to purchase, is it this one:

Just wondering since in the description it states
"Like the Sleep Aid, the Insomnia Aid is also not a subliminal program."

Sleep Aid isn't released yet. It's been in testing for a bit over a year, and during that time I have verified that it works, but two issues have arisen. First I need to add a safety limiter to prevent it working when it's accidentally (or intentionally) used in circumstances where sleeping would be dangerous... and second, I have developed the technology behind it so much that it just needs to be redesigned in 5.5/6G now. It's coming.
