LOL. Welcome to AM6, brother. I'm currently in my second run of AM6, so I know exactly what you're feeling. AM6 is an extremely powerful program -- I've tried a lot of things out there and I can honestly say that I've NEVER experienced anything like this before. You're most likely having resistance to the program and truth is, no one can tell you how long it'll last. That discomfort you're feeling is helping you grow, whether you realize it or not. By running stress relief, you're preventing exactly what you want to happen -- to grow into a self-actualized alpha male. Resistance is tough -- I've had bouts of it last from a few hours and up to two weeks. I'm in Stage 2 right now, and I'm dealing with terrible resistance that's lasted for... like 10 days now. Keep in mind, Stage 2 was VERY PLEASANT in my first run. Totally wasn't expecting this run to be so difficult.
The best advice that I can give is: You probably shouldn't run anything with a 5G program. In addition to Shannon explicitly saying OVER AND OVER not to do so, go look at the comments of those who tried. Never ends well. Instead, try biofeedback. Keep telling yourself that the resistance will pass. It always does. Try to go along with your life as if nothing's changed. I find that even though my mind is telling me to stay in bed and do nothing, getting up and going to exercise or socialize or even just reading / writing / whatever makes me feel good usually helps.
It always passes though, and you'll feel so much better when it does. I would say "good luck," but I don't believe in luck. So, I'll tell you what I tell all my friends, taking on the world for another day: Happy hunting.
