One thing I must always tell myself is although I'm running SM3, life isn't just about trying to get laid and thinking about women all the time. Ironic but true.
Life is about living a fulfilling life and becoming the better version of yourself each day and loving what you do.
Ego is a very strong enemy and it can ruin a lot of experiences with anything in life. Ego is negative energy manifesting in terms of: pettiness, jealousy, rage, blame, confrontation, arguments, spite, greed.
I choose to let my ego go when running SM3 and see what new things await for me. Do this too. You never know, your results may just change for the better
