crystal energies fall into metaphysics, and therefore there's nothing concrete that i've found to prove that it works..... but even if it IS placebo, if it's working for me, why not continue? and for $3 for a stone, even more reason to at least try it 
I've done some testing with some of the guys I share a room with. They reported enhanced dreams with Selenite Gypsum under their pillows when they sleep at night. So there's something going on, just not sure what it is.
cluster headaches are known to be treatable with mild doses (FRACTION of the psychoactive dose) of psilocybin from magic mushrooms.
not that i encourage it by any means
