It depends on how you personally define what a winner and having / experiencing success is. If it means wealth, then that should technically increase in your life.
If you're not targeting wealth it should affect those things in your life that would relate to success and winning. Maybe you succeed in getting a pay raise at your job, or you happen to win the office raffle. Both of which you had never experienced before, but now you 'suddenly' are able to.
It's also useful to read millionaire related literature while using BASE, TLAM and other wealth building subs. The essence of what it means to be a millionaire is implanted into you (so long as you agree with what you read - you have to internally accept your own personal version of what being a millionaire means) and then you are thereby able to think like a person with that level of wealth.
Others can correct me on this, but I'm pretty sure that's generally how it works.
