I am interested to know how I can form affirmations that won't mangle the sub script. The reason I want affirmation is so that I can consciously stay on track. As an example I am weak in the area of discipline, willpower, motivation and determination to achieve goals (weak Saturn). And so when I have a goal and I either go hard at it and then burn out or don't attempt it at all. I want to use the affirmation as an interupt for when I either want to do things that oppose the goal or when I don't have the energy to go on (determination).
I have other topics such as forgiveness (without becoming naive), non judgemental (without losing my abilility to read people), wisdom and respect (without seeking external validation).
I know that they must be positively framed, present tense, be precise but not liminting, concise, not conflicting with the subs. I know there is more to it than this and I have a fear that unless I do it absolutely perfect the universe will get or punish me. As the sub script is secret, how can we formulate conscious affirmation and still be sure that we are on target, is there a way, method or system for us to use?
Thanks.
The issue here is that for you to really use affirmations with subliminals and have no issues, you must know what I know about how to word scripts, and you must know exactly what statements are in a script. Neither of these is something I am going to give away, for what should be obvious reasons.
I recommend that if you insist on using affirmations, you keep them as few in number as possible, focused on as few goals as possible, and as conforming to the goals of the program as possible for what you know of it in the description.
