Let me make this perfectly clear. EHPRA 2.0 will not heal anything. It will give you an instruction set that will enable you to help yourself heal. It is NOT in any way intended to be, or claimed to be in any expressed or implied manner, a cure for anything, nor to take the place of, offer, replace or displace any qualified professional medical advice, care or treatment or psychological care or treatment, nor to diagnose any issue, disease or disorder. You should still use and rely on whatever medical or psychological professionals you would have used or relied on otherwise.
This is an AID, intended to HELP. Not be the end-all be-all.
It is designed and intended to give you an set of instructions that, if you follow them, will enable you to help you heal yourself as far and as quickly and safely as that is possible.
That said, it can help with emotional pain and trauma as far back as it needs to go. The instructions are designed to get the subconscious to do what it can to heal ALL that needs healing, which it can heal. The program does not specify what to heal, but aims the goal for the subconscious as being to heal everything possible to heal.
That is not to say that it will help with everything, or can help with everything. But if the self can accomplish the instructions, then it will try to. How's that?
As to the surprise, part of it should be relatively obvious quickly, and part of it may take some time.
