I appreciate members voicing their concerns on the subject of Kundalini. Keep in mind that any practice no matter what the subject requires healthy guidance or you going to end up injuring yourself.

Kundalini is dangerous. it has a very real chance of wrecking your life. I'd recommend delving elsewhere man.
And that's the catch dude. Most people are super eager to jump in and teach, but the ones who are actually able to properly do it are extremely rare. Hidden lineages and such. I can't tell you what to do, but be extremely careful because once you light the fire it doesn't go out and you just entered into a lifelong (maybe longer) commitment that can't be broken.
