I have a question, once we have healed most of our past traumas/GSF etc, does EHPRA programs our mind to deal with new traumas that we will encounter in the future? so that we become more 'mentally tough/resillient?'.
What do you recommend us to develop that part of out lives, how to become more mentally stable and resillient ? To be more unaffected by external circumstances.
I have observed that we have some programmed emotional responses to things , like when some1 ask a stupid question we burst in fury.
May EHPRA 2.0 get us rid of these bad programmed responses?
t is possible, but depends in specific on the particulars, which I cannot know.
