I have a question, once we have healed most of our past traumas/GSF etc, does EHPRA programs our mind to deal with new traumas that we will encounter in the future? so that we become more 'mentally tough/resillient?'.
What do you recommend us to develop that part of out lives, how to become more mentally stable and resillient ? To be more unaffected by external circumstances.
EHPRA 2.0 is designed to train you to adjust yourself and your understanding of and responses to various things such that it should help you prevent such things in the future, but it is not of course capable of preventing all forms of trauma or damage.
Developing that part of yourself requires a good understanding of yourself, and why you experienced X in reaction to Y. It requires you understanding some of the very basic programming you run on, and adjusting it to better fit with your emotional health as you are now. And of course, it requires that you grow to achieve as much of your potential as you can.
Learning gratitude, learning to accept yourself as a being who is learning by making mistakes, learning what you can from mistakes and then forgiving yourself for them, and not making those mistakes anymore, and allowing yourself to let go of the past, are all important.
