Isn't listening to such heavy-weight subliminals overall unhealthy to listen at night? Simply because of the input to process, the stress generated, the disturbed sleep. Do you think that it gets a little toxic since peaceful sleep is such a widely recommended healing tool and medicine in itself.?
The fact that playing such intense subs all night, and typically only needing 1-3 extra hours of sleep, tells me that it is clearly something we are capable of handling. The more I learn about the mind and brain, the more amazed at how much more it is capable of than we understand, use or give it credit for. If you need more sleep, just go to bed earlier.

Thanks
Do you realize what you're saying? Let me translate for you.
I didn't read the directions, and now that the going is getting tough, I want to go directly against the instructions and then undo what the program is doing to motivate me to make changes, as well as the changes it is already making. I want to give in to my subconscious resistance to NOT get the results I have spent $500 on and five months working toward, AND invalidate my right to a refund if I am not satisfied.
In other words:
Don't stop AM until you have finished all six stages!
Don't try to de-stress, USE that stress to achieve your goals! Changing is stress. You are succeeding. USE it!
Now as I have said before, the only exception to this is, if you genuinely think you'll end up killing yourself, then you can stop.
But... if you stop... you have to start all over again from Stage 1.
Read the directions again. Don't stop. Direct the stress to motivate you to achieve and succeed.
