Hey Shannon,

I have been trying to get a refund for AoS and BIATBWS since my run was unsuccessful for over the past two weeks. I submitted the email on the company site. Some days later, Ben followed up with me saying that Andrew would contact me. It's been over a week since then and I haven't heard anything. I just want to know when I'll get my refund. Thanks
