Oddly enough, I'm extremely emotionally frail right now. Can't make eye contact with anyone lest I burst into tears. My family has company right now and it's hard to keep composure.
Once my 32 days are done (within 48 hours), I'll start doing fEFT much more (I haven't done any for about 13 months) and maybe a short stint of 'EHPRA'.
