DAY 5
8.5 hours listened in rotation using stereo while sleeping
1 hour earbuds - trickling stream
Total for Day - 9.5 hours
So I had this dream about some elderly woman and for some reason or another, I asked her what she'd do when she passes away; and she choked up and then I consoled her with a rub on her back; and then she was like "it's ok dont worry about the question" and goes on to answer the question. Towards the end everything felt "cozy" and what I mean by that is that there appeared other 'family members' and about several baby children sitting with me all in one room. But I forgot what broke up that cozy moment. But yeah that's all I remember.....woke up to my alarm going off on my phone and instantly I felt hungry so I got up to grab some food before going back to bed.
(Later in the evening)..........So I've decided I am NOT going to rotate the subs to trickling stream and ultrasonic tones back to back any more; I am now going to just listen to US tones in one line. Reason being is because I think I had better experience just using US alone; I am also going to push for 10 - 12 hours of US and about an hour with trickling stream using earbuds totalling 13 hours a day
Today I had an interview for a job and I was trying to focus on what was being explained to me, and before using MLS 5g, I would not be able to focus on the words being said to explain the job role and policies especially when the interviewer talks fast.
So this time utilizing MLS 5g, I listened to 30 min worth of trickling stream before the interview and I tried to follow through with what was being explained to me but I doubt I grasped how she explained it. I would like to fluently and naturally understand what is being told to me and not have to ask others to repeat themselves after completing the sub. I think I kinda understood 'in the moment' what was explained but I didn't retain it.
I also struggled to recall a word that was used with me months and months ago and it didn't come instantly until I persistently stuck with it and finally managed to find the word after trying to recall it hours later. ( the word was meticulous - which means paying attention to detail ) the way I spelled it was METICOUS (without an L) so don't know if that is from the sub; so I still have memory issues but may steadily improve over the course of using the sub.
Had another interview on skype today and my listening skills improved I guess where I was being asked a question and I didn't have to ask to rephrase or elaborate the question. So if that accounts for anything.
Starting tonight, I am only going to use ultrasonic tones when I sleep as I feel that has given me the better outcome in comparison to trickling stream without headphones or using both in rotations.
My focus was also clear and in the moment again but there was also 'thought' distractions that I felt I was self sabotaging trying to remain 'in the present' and not have any thought distractionns being mentally clear.
I am also going to start tallying up TOTAL HOURS LISTENED TO DATE so that way you guys will know how many hours for my journey of MLS 5g it took to succeed with this special ability. (It will always be edited and added up to the present posting from the last).
Also note that when I was listening to the subs in rotation they were NOT at max volume like it would be when I just listened to US alone; trickling stream on max volume is too loud....
So what I ended up doing is that I decided to combine days 1 - 4 into one day because the total hours was really for one day's worth of listening on average. (Minimum 8 hours per day). Makes it look simpler but I thought I'd still account for the actual days that I listened to the subs in quarters when I was using EPHRA.
Also tried to test myself again with a short 10 min youtube educational video; didn't sink in but I picked up a few key points...
Before MLS 5g, my memory recall royally sucked; but well it still sorta sucks but I started testing myself and now I recalled 3 random things I wanted to recall; it wasn't instant but the most recent 3 were recalled I think within several minutes; might be signs of improvement......
I am also going to start listening to college lectures on Youtube and pretend I am in the actual class to test my absorption of knowledge and lectures and find a test on the subject online to test my recall.....(should be fun)
Also feel my blood pumping in my brain as I write this and haven't even started listening MLS 5g yet. I would like to hope that realistically only being 5 days in, another full 55 days of over 12 hours of listening will make a difference but I guess I am seeing subtle results slowly but surely, right?
