I'm doing 16 hours a day, how come I don't feel like that lol (is it cuz i was already somewhat alpha on the inside before? Which i was, just not 100% alpha). Stage 5 just started yesterday and for some reason it made me the most tired today. Maybe it was that I overslept, not sure. It's hard to tell. Probably because of the resistance. But feeling fatigue is a good thing anyway. It a sign the program is working. I'm on day 26 (i think) now of Stage 4 and I can say that without a doubt this one has been the hardest on me all-around, both in my emotional health/attitude/confidence/energy levels/stress levels. Stage 3 I know is supposed to be the heavy lifting sub, but honestly, I mostly just felt happy and confident throughout stages 1 2 and 3. Stage 4 has seriously been taking its toll on me. I'm curious as to how I'll react to stages 5 and 6--but hopefully they're a little bit easier on me than stage 4 has been so far.

I've come to realize that it depends on the individual and what issues you have. For some people some Stages are easy but for others the same Stages are intense because they have different things to work on.
Stage 3 and 4 are both the most intense but also the best ones for me when that passes.

Stage 4 was tough for me, and in Stage 5 right now its like a complete shift. I'm feeling pretty great. And having dreams of me confident and making out with girls and what not its awesome .

Nevermind, I'm on day 9 of Stage 5, and am getting dreams where I've regressed to the anxious, fearful, unconfident self for the past 4-5 days. I first started this stage great, but suddenly I started getting these negative dreams. Why would this be? Could my relapse into porn usage (thus causing subconsious self-loathing and inferiority complexes) be the cause?

Three nights in stage 3 i literally had sleepless nights until 6am then i started to shiver in my bed for a few seconds from head to toe and then something(i have absolutely no idea) was released out of my body and then i slept like a baby.
i am now on stage 4 , just startedvand i m really tired as i write these lines now. on stage 2 my feet were aching at work although i work only for a short time. for me regardless of which stage, i m tired when i listen long enough.but, so far stage 3 was crazy.

I can't spare the time to go back and get specific about what's different in stage X vs stage Y, but I can say that the goals of each stage are designed so that the hard stuff is spread out and in such a way that it's easier to accomplish, as well as with supporting statements in the beginning being grouped around them more tightly than later on, to make the beginning of each challenge easier. Over time, the challenges are progressively less buffered so you keep growing. The specific stage you find hardest or most challenging will therefore depend on what your particular challenges are, what level of growth you start with and how many of them you have.

That's exactly what I was thinking in my mind... good to have this clarification.

My AM6 chart:
"2014": Stage 1 - "like good, faithful friend, who encourages me in the tough times of my life". Keyword: "THINGS ARE NOT SO BAD". Stage 2 - "5 girls in two weeks in my bed & almost got in trouble with the group of guys, who got hostile attitude toward me". Keyword: "ANIMALISTIC SEXUAL DRIVE" Stage 3 - "Stuck! Guilt, Fear, Resistence (with big R), "Fight club with acid burn scene". Disturbing. No advances. Keyword: "STOP!" Stage 4 - "after Stage 3 - Stage 4 is like that acid burn scene then Tyler finally make a relief for guy". Nothing to say more than: relief from Stage 3. Keyword: "RELIEF" Stage 5 - "maybe some Stage 2 great glimpses but Stage 3 experience overshadowed it. Keyword: "MAYBE?!" Stage 6 - "don't remember anything, Stage 3 ruined it all". Keyword: "NOTHING SPECIAL" "2015": Stage 1 - "why I'v been wasting my time?!, not goal commitment, feel like a slime". Keyword: "WASTING MY TIME" Stage 2 - "very good but was aggressive without a reason. Every moment in social environment I was careful about aggressive tendencies, attitude, thoughts, emotions. Was really hard and annoying like "a Murder Within" I must to contain and don't show to anybody . Keyword: "I'M A MURDER" Stage 3 "WOW! At last!!! I was waiting for it! Pure, congruent, warm feeling of POWER. BS is not so assholish as Stage 2, much more refined (indeed), no fear, feel confident... and this time I started to feel the true power of Stage 3 - its amazing. Keyword: "CONGRUENCE" Stage 4,5,6 - to be continued. BTW, AM helped me to show my psychological issues. AM+psychotherapy=great combo. If you interested in more details, especially about "2014" Stage 3, I will tell my experience.
