Basically what I have found is that there are three major responses to WL6. Group 1 loses a lot of weight, slowly and steadily. Most reports are for between 65 and 85 pounds so far, with weight loss ongoing.

Group 2 loses little to no weight, and gets little to no effect otherwise. These people are simply stonewalling the program.

Group 3 gains weight, apparently in a desperate attempt to save themselves from some perceived horrific threat that is subconsciously correlated to losing weight.

Group 3 is the smallest by far, and they seem to all correlate to people with extreme emotional scarring or damage. They need EHPRA for a long time before the WL might work for them. You would be only the third or fourth person I know of to respond that way. The first two were testers, and they each had a history of extreme emotional abuse, and in one case, physical and sexual abuse as well.

MPME stands for the Massively Polymorphic Multiplexing Engine. It's a new technology I am developing, which has allowed me to overcome staggering amounts of resistance and achieve results very quickly regardless in testing. When I apply it to weight loss, it should allow for a program many, many times more powerful and effective than WL6. I am quite hopeful that the MPME, properly applied to WL6 as a base, will allow for at least 90% of the overweight population to lose weight, and to do so at the desired 2-3 pounds per week. There's a lot more work to be done, but it's coming.

Normally I'm a hell Grinch when it comes to Christmas because it sucked when I was growing up, I was always in trouble for some nonsense reason mostly because my dad was a mad stresshead. so every since I got a shift work job I have bah humbugged the whole thing and worked Christmas and generally just pretended the whole thing wasn't happening (except presents!!)

I have to work Chrissy this year too but yesterday I decked the whole office and car out in Christmas paraphernalia and have been singing carols (quietly) and generally getting in the Christmas spirit! still not going home for chrissy, nor having any inclination to chat to family but it's a pretty big step so far.

We shall see how spectacular the MPME is when I finish developing it and create some public betas using it. Until then, I am maintaining a "hopeful but wary" stance. It is very, very challenging to develop this, test it, refine it, understand it and believe it. So hopeful, but cautiously so.

Emotional traumas can be long since forgotten by the conscious mind, but are never forgotten by the subconscious. They can be neutralized by working through them, healing them, and outgrowing them, but they are not forgotten. I am not necessarily saying that you have been traumatized in this way, just saying that so far, upon in-depth interviewing of those who gained weight in response, that has been the common theme. Usually it is either an ongoing series of repeated emotional damages that have affected the person's emotions and self esteem, and dealing with them is too frightening or painful to do in the way suggested by the program, or one massive blow-out experience that has left a major emotional scar. And no, WL7 is not going to be spoken by Dr. Phil.

How do you TEST technology like this, Shannen? Seems you'd be limited to subjective results (and long observation times), given the subliminal nature.

It's a program that has been under development for nearly 10 years now. It has been tested through observation of the most challenging cases of need-to-lose-weight I could find, and as for subjective, I don't think you can really argue that X number of pounds lost per unit of time used versus no weight loss or even weight gain while it was not in use. That is of course, for when it works.

For example, I have four testers who were considered "nearly impossible cases". Of those, one has been a tester for 9.5 years, one for six, one for 3 and one for coming up on 2.

Of them, one managed to self sabotage most of my efforts, and in resisting the program prototypes over the years, managed to go from 180 pounds when she started asking for my help, to 344 at peak. Her response to V6 was to lose about 35 pounds, and then realize what was going on and revert to her response to fear of loss of control, and gain back about half of it before going for gastric bypass surgery. I estimate that within 2 years, she will realize that what I have told her all along is true, that regardless of getting surgery or not, unless you fix the psychological issues causing the problem, you will find a way to re-create the problem. In her case, I expect that until she outgrows her need for control, and her expression of that need through being overweight, she will find a way to reverse any weight loss she achieves through the surgery the minute the novelty of the experience wears off. I also expect that when she comes back to me, I will have managed to get the program to a state where it will work for her. One of her big issues is that she needs constant change and stimulation, or she gets bored, and her response to boredom is - you guessed it - to eat. Even having just one stage to the WL6 program was apparently enough to trigger that, after a couple months. I currently consider her proof that the program needs more work.

Tester #2 managed to lose about 15 pounds, which was 5 pounds lower than his starting "brick wall", but then he stopped responding. He is also easily bored and in need of constant stimulation, and he has a very strong willed personality type. He is proof that the program needs more work.

Tester #3 - to my great surprise and joy - lost a large amount of weight. That tester is our very own Benjamin, and his particular focus was emotional damage that he needed to heal. The program seems to have allowed for him to achieve that and weight loss that is quite impressive. I'm not exactly sure how much he lost, but he achieved his goals. If memory serves, he lost something like 75 pounds.

Tester #4 is a close friend of mine who has been using the program (WL6) since May of 2013. She has lost 65 pounds so far and is continuing to lose weight. Her brick wall came and went, and now she is more than 20 pounds below it. Like Ben, her reasons for being overweight hinged largely on being damaged emotionally, and the program has allowed her to achieve sufficient stress relief and freedom from fear, shame, guilt and self blame to achieve this weight loss. I expect that she will achieve the program's goal weight.

Tester #1 was steadily gaining weight before we started testing. She lost weight a few times, usually 20 to 45 pounds, always in response to specific factors (the script was read by her in her own voice, or the program achieved a cooperative state, etc.) but over time, her need for control and response to boredom always won out. She will require the use of a multi-stage program to prevent boredom, and one that heals her fears of lack of control.

Tester #2 was steady at his starting weight for about five years before starting, and with only a few pounds variance. He lost a total of about 5 pounds the first test, 10 the second and 15 the third, but always returned to his original weight. He will also need a multi-stage weight loss program, and one that deals with reframing some important concepts. (Being fit requires me to stop having fun.)

These are the four I have consistently observed in relatively close detail. There are others as well; a few have gained weight, and several have reported losing weight but stopped the program for reasons that sound suspiciously like resistance to me.

This is how I know what the program is doing. Observing the before vs the after, and doing so over a long period of time.

My main curiosity was how you go about correlating specific changes to your technology to a particular change in result.

I mean, there are so many different factors in your subs. There's the frequency, the speed, the script, etc. I just don't know how you tweak in a way that gives you meaningful results.

BTW, I'm not doubting you or really even questioning you. I just find it fascinating and daunting.

I don't know how you have the patience to change one thing and then wait for months to see if that had the desired effect. Remarkable.

Fascinating and daunting is a good way to describe the process. Nevertheless, I have found means that work, and I use them. That is trade secret, and I am, as far as I know, the only person in this field using the methods I use to achieve my results. The results speak for themselves, I think. I'm looking forward to doing clinical trials at some point in the not too distant future, and making this more obvious and evident to the general public, and not just to myself and those who use the programs.

Yes I am very happy that I finally broke through and am in the best shape i've been in my life.

So far i'm upto 51kg lost (112 pounds).. some of that was before starting WL6 and i'm still losing weight/fat and building muscle since going onto AM6

I'm hoping other people can enjoy the same results. And i'm definately curious to how WL7 will go in the future, though I won't be needing to use it because I am maintaining my good shape for life.

A weight lifting program when made on the other hand.. i'll be all over that.
