I sleep about 85% on my side, 10% on my stomach and 5% on my back, and listen to the trickling stream track every night. It wasn't too easy at first (hurt my ears a bit + the audio itself), but I got used to it in a month or two. And now I'm practically immune to night-time noise with those on, which is a plus. A minus would be that if I have someone over I'll have to hide them a bit, or tell its a sleeping aid or something.Yup - I tried them - but you are likely right... need to get comfortable - I gave up too quickly.
Do you know if SleepPhones have the correct frequency range?
Last time I tried them (year or so ago) the speakers seemed pretty bad.
