Florida is a well-known retirement destination. Most of the people I encounter are retired and I always ask. "What's the best part of retirement?"

I intended to do 1 loop for 1 hour when I went to sleep.
When I woke up 2 1/2 loops later to go use the toilet, I discovered I had my iPod set on loop.
After I got into my bed and got comfortable, I pressed play on my iPod and read an ebook on my kindle.
It took 30 minutes before I couldn't keep my eyes open. Turned off the kindle.
While I was reading, I physically felt my body begin to relax.
Slowly, no particular order.
Without the subliminal, the only way I was able to do that was to take really deep breaths into my lungs and exhale slowly.
From the moment I pressed play, my first impression was.
