Running MIR. My boy was sick with a sore throat and came home from preschool with a fever the other day, and it seems he passed it to me. No fever, but I felt the sore throat coming on before bed last night.

It was there in the middle of the night, but gone when I woke this morning. Still gone. Looks like I got to it in time - so another 4 days or so and I'll be golden.

I apparently have the flu. It's been three days, and I have had all the symptoms, save for a fever. I never get fevers - unless I'm on death's door - so that's not unusual. Perhaps, without MIR, I'd be worse off, but I'm ready to be done w/ this shit.

Still under the weather, still running MIR. I'm over the hump, but now have a sinus infection. Damn opportunistic bugs. Hopefully it'll be gone shortly.

I'm having some crazy dreams - some sexual, others symbolizing terror. I'm also have some waves of pretty substantial fear well up here and there. This morning was bad enough I had to take some l-theanine to quell the ensuing anxiety.

Been having dreams that included a guy I used to be really good friends w/ from high school over the last 6 months. I door slammed him (perhaps it was mutual) just after I met my wife. He was a swirling pool of negativity, and I'd had it with him. In the dreams, we had buried the hatchet.

Last night, my in-laws (SIL & MIL), my wife, and I took the kids to a museum downtown to see Santa and some real reindeer. Had a great time. I had my daughter in my arms, chasing after my wife (who was chasing after my son), when I hear, "RTB!?" Guess who? Dude from my dream. I knew it was only a matter of time before running into him. It's been 10 years. We did a bit of small talk, then shook hands amicably (w/out exchanging contact info) and parted ways again.

Went to dinner after...3.3 TID was noticeable. Waitress was attractive. After I ordered anything, she said, "Oh, that's an excellent choice, sir!" No such commentary for anyone else. I thought my SIL's wrist display toward me was ridiculously awkward. It looked so uncomfortable that her wrist was due to snap. But pointed my way it was. Good thing my MIL and wife are clueless when it comes to body language. At least, I think they are...

The holiday family gatherings should be interesting this year with a few weeks of DMSI under my belt.

There has been several times when my GF’s sister has overtly flirted with me in front of my GF and GF acts as if she is completely unaware. I am confident if I reciprocated GF’s sisters advances it would escalate to something physical. Last Christmas her sister gave me numerous breast displays where I could clearly see down her blouse and kept placing her hand on my leg with GF sitting beside me. GF acted completely oblivious when normally she would be jealous and mad. I still don’t understand her lack of reaction.

That's really interesting, and has been my experience as well.

So this just happened today - my wife was faced with a very good looking milf at my son's swim lessons. They've met before, but the last few weeks the milf has been giving me an unmistakable vibe of serious interest. This evening, my wife says, "I don't know what it is, but now I'm getting an off vibe from E. I can't figure it out, but I think I don't like her." So she can sense it from other women, but not her own sister.

That's funny, she subconsciously senses this woman's attraction and concludes she doesn't like her, but has no conscious idea that she dislikes her because she' interested.

I think she may be ignoring her sister's signals because she doesn't take them seriously.
