Out of curiosity which formats do you mainly listen to when you listen to subs yourself?

Do you prefer listening to the MP3 version or the FLAC?

Also how do you usually go about moving the files from your computer to your preferred player (which I believe was your phone)? I personally use an app called LosslessPlus and it plays flac files on my iPhone and also allows for file transfer via a WiFi connection.

I always use FLAC unless I don't have enough space on the device.

@Shannon Hey Shannon, thought I would report something I found out because maybe there is something a later version of DMSI can do about it (or maybe OE in DMSI possibly) and I think some guys might be in a similar situation out of no fault of their own. If you remember correctly, I had often said I had problems with "sensitivity" and therefore I found it very hard to finish while in the act. Well, realized some important information in relation to that. Turns out I had gotten "Snipped" down there because my mother decided on it. As embarrassing as it is I just didn't realize for the longest time because I just thought everything was ok and I was just less sensitive than other men. I started to suspect a while back ago though and finally looked into it. Yep, I pretty much got circumcised at a young age with no thought as to how it would effect me later on in life.

Honestly, really pisses me of because now due to that it fully explains why I can't feel much of anything down there. Really pissed me off because not only did my family mess me up emotionally (with abuse) but ***** me up physically as well to the point where I can't really enjoy sex all that much due to low sensitivity. I did find out this happens to quite a lot of guys. They get it done young and then they grow up wondering why they can't enjoy sex as much as other guys only to find out they got circumcised. Since this does seem to be prevalent and it might impact the actually having sex part of DMSI I was wondering if you could put something in DMSI that might help with this issue? If not I understand as it "might" be out of the realm of what DMSI is trying to accomplish.

Luckily, if that's the case I did hear there is foreskin restoration methods that I can try though I heard it can take up to a year for it to be complete and that you get some some sensitivity back but the nerve endings that never grow back so you won't be able 100%. Anyway, thought I would mention this since it might effect more guys than just myself who try to run DMSI but then can't really enjoy the sex part of it.

I honesty don't think you being circumcised is likely to be contributing to your issue of sensitivity. I also don't believe that a foreskin is necessary for sexual sensitivity at all, although I cannot claim to be an expert on that.

Based on what I have come to understand, it is almost certainly a psychological block.

In the last 2 decades, I was rarely dreaming. Like maybe 1 dream per year or so. Now, when I say this, a lot of people will tell me that it is impossible and that everyone is dreaming each night but to me, it is not my experience.

Sleeping was basically the equivalent of turning the switch to off until the next morning.

Now, since I have started AM6 program, I also started to have very frequent dreams. Like almost daily.

So from the point of view of subliminals programming. What are dreams exactly? Is it a communication link with the subconscious mind?

And what does the dream frequency can tell?

is no dreams at all = you are in peace with your subC?
and A lot of dreams = your subC is busy a lot and wants to tell you about stuff that it is doing?

I'm curious about this myself since I don't remember many dreams myself. What I do know is when my thinking and beliefs are being shaken up, I dream and remember more. On DMSI 3.2, I had some dreams which had feelings attached to them, so I remembered them. And DMSI is a powerful sub, so I'd like to hear feedback on this myself.

Everyone dreams, multiple times each night. The key is, did you remember your dreams? Most people don't remember dreams well, if at all. When you use subs and remember them better, it's because your mind is more actively engaged in processing the instructions and executing them.

Dreams can be several things for the subconscious, from play to processing data to storing memories,working through grief or fear, and other things as well.

You're probably not dreaming more than usual, but because you're asking your subconscious to be more active, it is processing things at a different level of awareness than usual and you remember your dreams more. It means the sub is having an effect on you.

When a girl likes me, I think 'Why now?' and boil up with anger.

The girls that would give me an angry look before are giving me IOIs now and it's pissing me off. I want them to feel like they're not good enough for me, like they used to do to me.

The same people who thought they were too cool for me try begfriend me and it pisses me off. Why now, why not before? P**ss off.

The same girls that would get with another guy right in front me and then flirt with me then go back to their boyfriend in front of my face look at me all teary eyed and upset when they see me. F**k off.

The same guys that used to act like they get all the girls and act all 'cool' can barely look me in the eye and when they speak, tehyre squeaky little pu**ies.

I think some of this sabotages me as opportunity comes to me but I get too angry to take it.

Sp what you're saying is, you're resisting because you're misunderstanding what is happening. You think DMSI is the thing they want,m and not you; but DMSI is just telling you how to be irresistibly attractive, and when you execute, you are what they want, because it's all you. You executed, you did what it took. It's just following a set of instructions to make you more attractive. Not much different than hiring a personal trainer, if you think about it. Nothing to get upset about.

99% of the time it's ultrasonic on my phone, because that is the most convenient.

Well that would be the happiness and joy program of course. Been a long time since I built that, so it might not even be available anymore, but it'll be popping up again sometime in the future if it's not.

I would have said LTU and SE are solid bets for happiness and joy as well - for being at ease with no stress definitely SE for me, just because your identity ceases to be under threat from failure

I saw happiness and joy subliminal sales page and it sounds good, but it says it has to be listened 8 - 12 hours a day? And if i do listen to it at night, will it effect others around me (wife and baby) or will i have to use headphones for 8 - 12 hours? Can i listen to it for 2 hours? Thank you Shannon.
