Yesterday I was angry and upset at myself. As Ben already mentioned it may well have been fears coming to the surface.

I think it is human nature when we are afraid we like to argue, lash out or retreat. I am guilty of this as anyone. When anger builds up out of fear we will attempt to redirect this energy to anyone and everyone even on forums. Even here on the subforum people react when they fail to get the results they wanted.

It is vital that if you want to evolve and become a better adult. Take responsibility for your own actions. No one put a gun to your head and forced you to buy a product. If you still have problems you need to take responsibility and sort out your own issues and not blame someone else.

I decided to retreat and keep myself to myself. From the intellectual standpoint we all know that REAL men respond whereas children and animals react.

Today I felt good again. I have been going to another coffee shop recently and have seen a barrister who I fancy. When I walked in she looked at me then immediately started touching her face and said hello and gave me a big smile. This subtle body language cue said a lot as it wasn't the typical customer service smile but a woman who I feel finds me attractive.

Also, have you considered using scripts that incorporate 'I choose' statements. I assume some of your scripts are I am, You are, etc, which can trigger resistance. Whereas I choose in my opinion, shouldn't cause too many triggers.

I've noticed that when the DMSI healing script is executing, it does just that and more. I cannot tell whether it's in the script directly or it's an effect of the Optimus Engine coupled with the healing, though.

The scripts most probably use as effective statements of this ilk as possible, plus probably way more. Shannon's been doing this long enough to know all this already, I believe.

Hi Shannon tomorow night is my last night on 3.2b masked for 7 loops before a day off and going back to 3.2a.

I was on 3.2a for atleast 2 plus months with no changes internally, but will give it another go at 7 loops hybrid and see if something does change.

There is nothing i can do to get past whatever my subconscious is resisting to get something to change or work is there? Basically got to keep waiting until 3.2a brings things to surface so the script can start to execute?

Obviously being around so many attractive women and cant get any attention or even able to get them to talk to me for more than a minute or 2 when i do approach and talk to them only to watch many others have 10-15 minute chats with the same women easily can be frustrating.

Would i be best doing the hybrid track for 2 weeks before a break or should i try for a 2 week break before trying hybrid 3.2a to see if anything changes?

I dont know why my subconscious wants to resist something i want to work consciously.

Shannon i have been using 6 loops on masked with earbuds and something is happening, im on the second day i feel my emotions are getting stronger, courage is present and DMSI is pushing something, i mean... its doing its work. Also, inside me i feel a "i don't give a f" attitude which maybe is resistance or maybe i dont give a f anyways, or something i don't know. My question is, i hear my ears buzzing sometimes, for how long can i listen to 6 loops max? For one month, two three? What is the optimal time lenght you recommend?

By "buzzing" are you referring to tinnitus? Tinnitus is only possible if you are using the ultrasonic or hybrid track too loudly, or you are playing the masked tracks WAY the hell too loudly (heavy metal concert loudly) on speakers. If this is the case, all you need to do is adjust the volume downwards or switch to masked. I suggest that if you have ringing in your ears, it is most likely the ultrasonic being too loud, so just adjust it downwards a bit per day until that stops.

You can listen to it forever, as long as you're using it at a safe volume. I suggest you use it for (X-35) more days, where X is the date of release for DMSI 3.3.

Yes i was referring to tinnitus, i did use ultrasonic too loudly but i switched to masked, like middle volume and it works WONDERFUL.

About using 6 loops: Im all day horny as F. And i tried to get +2 hours sleep in the afternoon but i was to horny, everytime i close my eyes i just dream about threesomes, having sex with girls and that keeps me awake lol. I close my eyes and in a minute or so, my subconcious is giving me al sorts of dreams of just having sex. Also i noticed that when i was using 2 - 3 loops, when i woke up in the morning i got erection but it would last like a 2 - 3 minutes. Now with 6 loops i have erection lasting half an hour and "horny" energized feeling lasting 2 - 3 hours after sleep. I got an urge to masturbate, but i easily overcame it, and focus on my workout. Shannon, since it seems like most users feel something on 7 loops of 3.2 compared to 1 loop, will one loop of 3.3 at least be as effective as 7 loops of 3.2?

I know it's a ways off, but I'm still curious.

I suspect that given how much resistance you guys are dealing with, it probably will not be. I don't know for sure; we have to build it first and then see. This next time, I may specifically model the optimal number of loops for the forum, or just not model loops at all and let you guys figure it out on your own. I expect the necessary number of loops for the forum users to go down from ~7, but I don't know how much lower it will go.

I remember some time back you said you were working on a way to get the user to self-calibrate the correct amount of loops. Is that still a possibility?

Yes, but it will probably only become a realistic option after I figure out how to prevent reversal resistance and escape. Otherwise it's just inviting people to have their resisting subconscious direct them to use the wrong number of loops and fail as an easy escape.

I wasn't in either of this cases and I still got tinnitus from subliminals, so I doubt that it's the only possible way to get tinnitus.

I seriously doubt that. I would say you already had tinnitus and using the subliminals the way you did made it more obvious. But the masked tracks cannot give you tinnitus unless you use them at rock concert level volumes, because they are just like any other sound. Ultrasonic audio is known to trigger tinnitus, and it has to be used at lower volumes than masked to prevent that for some people.

Yes.

"I choose" triggers just as much resistance as anything else. In some cases, more. That's not an opinion. That's based on a lot of experiments done over the last 7 or 8 years.

Can goal achieving, goal focus or something to do with hitting our daily goals be incorporated into this so that we do the daily tasks we need to to hit our goals please?

I came to this site due to my procrastination and fears of being lazy rather than a goal achiever and my journey and commitment continues.
