wow yeah that was the craziest thing I've ever done sexually. I NEVER would have been able to do that before SM. That was one of the most amazing nights in my life because a year n half prior that's just shit I dreamed to do one day.

I really want to use OAA but I rather use natural song and lyric writing because it has been making my creativity and rapping dramatically better and I think it would be more beneficial for my long term wealth and personal goals if I focus on that subliminal.

last 3-5 days I felt a loss of motivation for my music. I ran Am refresher stage 7 two nights in a row because i planned to continue with that for a bit and I may still.

Hoever for some reason this morning I woke up and I was EXTREMELY motivated for my music again. I spent 8-10 hours today writing lyrics and practising over the beat and recording myself.


It's interested because I ran AM last two nights. I think I'm going to run a few weeks of AM because some of social anxiety is coming back. (although its all in my head and in person I have no symptoms of anxiety whatsoever, I think I have something called avoid ant personality disorder) It might be a side effect of smoking too much weed.

Like I said in actual interactions I'm super confident and outgoing, but i try avoiding allot of social situations to meet up with people lately. I've been on curfew for the last year n half so i've been extremely isolated.

I'm very introverted again like my natural personality but when I finished AM v6 and was on Woman magnet I became EXTREMELY outgoing and didnt't have any fear of social situations or mind fuck at all. but I have it again so I think I need an AM refresher.

Shannon can I run Natural song and lyric writing along side Am refresher stage? and if so how?

I'm hoping AM doesn't dull my emotions to the point where it reduces creativity. This kinda of happened when I ran AM v6 in the past with my trance music. I had less desire and emotion to create the music. Trance is super emotional music thought and in a much different way then rap, so we will see. However I did make one of my best trance songs after am v6 and the 5 stages of WM 2 i did and it was one of the best songs I've made. That being said WM does make me more emotional then AM.

It's important to note that at time my head was THROBBING with head ache from listening to music/bass so loud for so long. But that didn't stop me from continuing. I had a very strong OCD feeling towards practicing.

Been off of this subliminal for a week or two and i've been using EPRHA 2 for now. I will be going back to this subliminal in a few weeks for sure and continuing the usage. I just felt like I really needed some emotional healing so I made that priority and I'm glad I did althought I'm too impatient and want to start using Natural song and lyric writing again right now but I won't.

Lyric and song writing wise I've improved dramatically in the last few weeks. Practicing several hours a day some days 9 hours some days 2 hours. But improving very quickly. Having more confidence in my ability and dream more and more as each day goes on.

Okay I'm back on the program after two weeks of Emotional Pain healing V2.
I wish I could play that program longer but I'm just too focused on music that it seems counterproductive to not do a subliminal that focuses entirely on what my main focus in life is atm.

Although that E2 run was short I did gain some benefit. I'm more happy around my parents and when my mom nags or says stupid things I just laugh it off instead of getting annoyed.

I also feel mentally more at ease and less social anxiety slightly.

I can't wait till I do get to run E2 or E3? for a good 6 months to a year. It's probably one the best subliminals out there because imo nothing is more important then being emotionally healthy.

That being said I am excited for Natural song and lyric writing again. I noticed that while using it my creativity, ease of writing and quality of lyrics was enhanced dramatically even after the week or two I ran it for (i dont remember how long I ran it but not long)

My second night back on this program and I can say already that it's DEFINITELY improving my free styling and lyricism. Ive been free styling for the last 3-5 hours and I can say for sure the subliminal is doing exactly what its supposed to be doing.

I'm more creative and a better writer in all aspects.

I'm so excited for long term usage as I haven't even been on this program that long.

Picked up my buddy from his house and we went for a long drive and I was free styling to an instrumental he put on.

Afterwards when we got to my house & I told him about the subliminal that i'm using and he responded saying that it makes sense because that was the best he's ever seen me freestyle before.

At first he didn't even want to me to freestyle in the car because i usually suck. But today out of no where I was spitting FIRE. The freestyle I spit in the car was unbelievably good compared to my usual freestyles.

Noticeable to both me and my friend. I'm so happy atm I'm truly blessed that this subliminal exists.

This post is not related to Natural song and lyric writing but I thought it was interesting to note that today while snowboarding I encountered many beautiful women and my eye contact / body language and allot of other things from DMSI has still continued and carried on despite being off it for a while.

Only used around 7 loops of 3.0.1 since it came out.

My testosterone levels are also very low atm because of me lowering my testosterone replacement therapy dose quiet low to enhance my emotional / creative side. I notice I produce much better music when I'm on lower testosterone and also my voice is higher so it sounds better for rap music. I'm also much more empathetic and emotional as well with lower test.

Ive always had naturally low test growing up only after using roids I had extremely high test for a year. I'm bringing my back to my natural state so I feel good and happy with my dose ATM. too much test kills my personality and empathy to the point I get depressed.


It's interesting to note however that the beautiful lady that I was attracted to didn't seem to give me any signals that she's into me. I asked her where she is from and she said colombia and I said

I like colombian women very much. (in spanish) and I talked to her about her job and colombia and how long shes been here but i didnt feel any attraction on her side. Perhaps shes shy or it's because there was coworkers and other customers around.

There was another beautiful young lady that I stared at with deep eye contact as I walked past her and she CLEARLY was attacted by me. She stumbled and said sorry for no reason and I could just tell by her face/reaction.

There was also another young lady who was attracted to me a bit as well a short time after that.

It's very important to note however that when I saw the women that I really liked (genuine 10/10 attraction for me). it was in the morning and I had stayed up late and didn't feel good.

and when I saw the other two women was when I finished snowboarding and felt great except for being very hungry.

There was another lady that seemed attracted to me a little but more platonic ally. She was talking to me allot, I was the one who was talking to her initially more but I had no attraction and wasn't flirting.

Day 6 (12 days total usage. with 2 weeks in between break)

Felt a lack of creativity and inability to produce good songs and my free styling wasn't nearly as amazing as it was a few days ago.

It was 12 am tonight I was trying to sleep for 30 minutes. next thing I know I have unbelievable lyrics and flow coming to my mind. I get up and write a few lines on the computer.

I go back to bed and same thing happened 2 minutes later.

I ended up getting up and writing a good page of lyrics that FLOW really well have GREAT content and that I would consider VERY good in terms of creativity/message/flow.

This is huge for me considering this is the first time i've been able to create a track that flows really well (unless I'm freestyling, i can sometimes come up with REALLY good freestyles ever sense using this program however the content of the freestyles aren't usually suited for a ALBUM or mixtape track and is more random like a freestyle is generally supposed to be.


It's important to note I didn't use this program last night so perhaps that's why I didn't feel the same level of creativity/clarity of mind earlier in the day. It was only after 30 minutes of listening to this while sleeping that I got in the zone and created my best work yet.


CHEERS TO THAT! One STEP AT A TIME I"M WORKING TOWARDS MY GOALS. Believe it or not i'm 10 times better then I was a month and I guarantee I will get to where I want to be. IF<WHEN i keep working at it and keep using this subliminal.


It's important to note that I am not on marijuana atm because I ran out and also because I no longer want to smoke before bed so I can induce LUCID dreams and remember my dreams.

So perhaps that helped with my song production. But I don't think that's the reason tbh because the freestyles I made few days ago that were amazing I was very high while doing it.


For the record I'm telling you guys this information so you and especially Shannon get's a better understanding of me as a test subject for this subliminal.

Just finished using Overcome Fear 5g for 17 Days. Felt like I should or could have kept using longer but decided not too. Was going to use DMSI but decided I can't allow my music skills to lack and my motivation to drop.

I noticed by using Overcome Fear that my rhyming ability and flow lagged dramatically.

LITERALLY LAGGED. I wasn't able to come up with the rhyme in the same speed or flow or even creativity that I was 2 weeks before.

The difference is extremely dramatic (i'm glad it is, because it means if i keep using this program and use it long enough the effects will be unreal)..

i only ever used Natural song and lyric writing for like 3 weeks with week n half break in between weeks.

and just using it for 1 night last night made my rhyming ability, creativity and flow better again.

Not sure how much better because I haven't been free styling allot today but the freestyles the short acapella freestyles that I have been doing are noticeably improved from the days prior to not using it and while I was on overcome fear.

I have to use this program for allot longer but the little I have used it so far so good. Going to start using it again i'm on day 1 atm.

the best freestyle i've ever done in my life. flow, creativity, overall was while on Natural song and lyric writing. The freestyle is so good it's ALMOST comparable to an eminem freestyle. key word ALMOST...


But yeah lately my freestyles have sucked. That's why I decided to come back to Natural song because that's when I was on point and my mind just had lyrics spilling out like I didn't even have to think about it.

HOLY SHIT I literally just stood up and spit like a short freestyle and it was extremely good and deep and really really good and I honestly don't know how I do it..

The program only after 1 night brought me back to this capability. Before I had first used the program I couldn't freestyle AT ALL.

I was a terrible freestyle all my life.

Now I'm creating freestyles randomly that are comparable if not better then most rappers. But that's only because allot of shitty and untalented rappers are being signed to labels and putting out bad music that is easy and has no depth.

But yeah i'm so happy I bought this program. Other programs change me internally and made me a better man and emotionally healthy and stable but this program is making me a creative genius so it feels so powerful because the changes are surreal.

Freestyling is difficult so by me improving this rapidly and saying the things I am it really shows me the effects of the program.

while on Overcome Fear I couldn't write any tracks either, but while Natural song and lyric writing before that I would randomly every few nights while trying to sleep come up with an entire track. So i'd get up and write it down.

This program KILLS writers block.

Wrote a song yesterday in an hour and a half and my friend said it was the best song I've made so far.

It was an emotional / story telling song and usually stringing together story's and having emotional depth at the same time was my flaw since i am used to random free styling.

I created something quite beautiful, it has some flaws but when i finish the song and edit and master it I can say i created something that is really good.
