It will depend on what the models show is the best way forward. Even if I release it as a two part program, it may not necessarily be in stages. It may just be one with and one without healing. I'm just tired of the constant issues on that. If I release both, you decide for yourself and deal with the consequences.

I think that's a great idea! Then no matter how someone wants to complain, they already have the option to solve their own complaint. Personally, I'll go with the healing.

I'd go with the healing too as long as it's still designed to "short circuit" when it's finished.

AM6 uses EHPRA V1, which is basically the "sledgehammer approach". Some people can handle it, and some cannot. I can't say which you are, but it should be working on your anger, and if it is "doing a real number on you", I would be willing to bet that it is. Just that the sledgehammer approach isn't necessarily optimal, which is why we have E2.

Because the way I've been using subliminal programs so far is to wait for my beliefs to change and then expect that my behaviour will naturally change to be in line with my new beliefs. When AM is kicking my ass I just keep it all in and wait for it to pass or release some of the feelings that come up. Am I doing this right?

Conscious action in the direction you're trying to go never hurts... but it shouldn't be a necessity for the desired change either. It would make things go faster though.

I like to work towards my goals as if the program isn't there at all.

It would depend on who you ask. Some say it is the awareness that guides and oversees all of the others within the individual, while remaining a part of the whole of the individual. Who is to know for sure?
