Shannon do you think that running Ephra 2.0 for one month before doing a program is an effecient use of time or do you think its better to run Ephra for longer or not at all?

Like say someone wants to run AM6, would running Ephra 2.0 for a month before hand sort of act as a stage 0 and kinda clear out extra junk so that stage 1 can do some more work? Or do you think that a month really isn't enough for it to do anything substantial enough to consider it worth the time used?

There is no such thing as time wasted running EHPRA 2.0. One day, even one hour, is worth doing if that's all that is possible to do. And the more you clear with EHPRA 2.0, the better your other subs will work. But be careful. You may just find that you like what it's doing so much that 30 days becomes 90 and 90 days becomes more.

I'm wondering if you change your physical appearance like for example green eyes if it also change the personality. Did you think about that Shannon, for example to have big lips instead of thin lips. Or big breast instead of small. Would it also change the personality?

If you didn't, it would be interesting to try to make the lips bigger as I think it's linked to sexuality, to desire, to self worth, to attractiveness. But you already know that I guess.
Changing the hair color would be a big one too. Should I mention red hair Shannon?

According to my research so far, personality and physiology are deeply and heavily intertwined. I would expect that changing appearance in significant and permanent ways - eye color, hair color, etc. - would change the personality much as training yourself to change your handwriting changes the personality, instead of revealing it as graphology normally does.

Would you say it's more effective to change appearance than changing the subconscious mind like the sub normaly does, it might not be as easy though.

Changing the physical appearance is a physical change, instead of a non-physical change. The subliminals are changing the mapping of your brain, partly through repeated firing of the same neural pathways and partly by generating new pathways that are then used frequently enough because the instructions are being executed. But the mind itself - according to my experiments - is very likely to be non-physical.

Changing the personality through changing the mind is a vastly easier task than changing it through physiological manipulations. I'm not even sure how much physiological adjustment is possible, or which methods need to be used and/or developed for doing that.

The real key to overcoming resistance is a thorough understanding of the issues being dealt with and the right technology set. You notice how much better EHPRA2 deals with resistance? 6G will be miles beyond even that. But again, it requires that I fully understand and address ALL the pertinent points that need to be dealt with.

Shannon, is there an estimate for when the subliminals you are working on right now will see the light of day? I recall the new MHS, GPR, AOS, ASC 6G prototype and active manifestation all being mentioned at various times. How long does it take you to build the average subliminal in 5.5G/6G?

Shannon I have been pondering something about E2,of which I very much intend to get in the near future...asap infact. sharing/statement/question here. MY Family My Mother and Father,extended family are all as you've put it about some one else are 'emotional thinkers' we are a very emotional bunch. passionate,sometimes intense(the males in my family tend to be more so than the females) I defintely am an intense passionate left handed-right-brain-old-soul-emotional thinker/feel-er...
with all that said.... I am in a serious place in my life including still greiving the sudden tragic loss of a cousin of 29 yrs of age,a long time good ole friend of 68 a few months back....would E2 take away my ability to grieve to feel sorrow and sadness around these people and these things , as self pity and indulging in self pity is purged,wiped out while using E2???? please inform. MY heart is my biggest asset in my life and just want it to heal and grow, not be semi-shut down as a result though I dont think it would be with such a powerful tool and program as E2. thank you Keith.

Keith, I don't think E2 will take away any abilities of loving and feeling. I think it will make you more open, more loving, more able to feel and connect. It might prevent the sorrow from taking you over completely and paralyzing you in that process. You will still be the great caring loving you.

I agree, considering that I gave E2 to my step dad and he's now connecting deeper with me and his own kids. I am his step child but the connection with his biological children somehow got lost over the years. It's been pretty amazing to hear him opening up to them and having them respond to him with love instead of hate for not having him around so much when they were growing up.

He has also reported that his road rage is reducing (this was a horrible issue for him for the longest time) and he doesn't feel so down about himself when things go wrong, which was another big thing for him. He's actually had a pretty rough month during his usage of E2 but things still appear a bit brighter for him. He's definitely not as gloomy as he used to portray.

The issue that I have is that I am only one person and I have only so much time in a day. If I were to be able to ignore eating, sleeping and bathroom activities, and then we extended the day to say 72 hours - I might be able to get everything done in one day that I aim to do for that day. Sadly, I am not kidding.

As we get closer to finished with developing the 6G prototype, it becomes more and more fascinating, and more and more exciting for me, because now I'm really making exponential progress and learning so much it's become like mental crack for me. Very hard to put down.

Then there's the experiments I have to do with the prototype, which are very much also utterly fascinating and addictive. I discover something astonishing and new every time I do an experiment lately.

I am working on a custom sub for helping Andrew get better so he can come back and we can get more accomplished...

I am working on GPR 12, trying for the moment to figure out how to magnify it without using brain chemistry to accomplish the goal.

I am working on the anti-inflammatory submodule of MHS...

I am working on AOS energy injection...

I am working on active manifestation...

and I am attempting to make system backups on a system that is having some odd issues lately.

When you factor all this in, it means I am not going very fast on any one thing. Right now, almost all my focus is on Andrew's custom, which, three hours from being finished yesterday, just disappeared. Gone. Vamoose. Without a trace... and had to be started all over again.

It's hard o stay focused with everything that's going on. But we'll get there.

If I was to build a single stage 5.5G program from scratch with full focus, it would probably take 4 to 8 weeks. 6G I don't know yet.

E2 is designed not to take away anything. It is designed and intended to allow you an easy, complete way of healing yourself emotionally and processing pain and grief, at the optimal speed and levels of intensity and focus for you, while involving the conscious mind as little as possible in anything uncomfortable that must be dealt with or purged.

It won't take away anything; it will instruct you to process it without involving your conscious mind in painful processing. The end result is that you seem consciously to stop hurting, but the grief is being processed normally at different levels, just at the optimal pace and intensity for you to get through it as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Do you have a history of real panic attacks and if so what caused them?
We all, well most of us humans, tend to have some "deep shit" (some has it deeper than others) hidden somewhere in our past/psyche...especially those who are interested to run EPHRA in the first place. Why would you seek ERPHA otherwise unless there is some healing to do? What makes you think digging it would trigger panic attack? It sounds that you are afraid of facing...yourself.

2. I doubt running a sub will cause you to do something that you are against to the bone...if you did you wouldn´t be against it THAT much in the first place. Again, it sounds that you are afraid to meet either yourself, or you are afraid of chance.

Either way, you will be fine running the sub but I´m sure Shannon has more profound answers to your questions...

Like we have a tons of subs for attracting/manifesting girlfriends ( perfect, redhead, american, japanese, busty, etc...) We should have an abundance of subs to manifest money like manifest 100k, 1m, 10m, 100m, 600m, etc....Those subs should be in 5.5g or 6g

You understand that the program is designed to help people with emotional healing. It's designed for working to the right level of speed and intensity for you specifically. It's designed to always remain safe and something you can handle.

So, the way it's designed, you're not going to have a panic attack because that would go against the instructions telling you to proceed at the intensity and pace you can handle. Panic attacks happen when you panic, and panic happens when you go too fast. Also, it works in layers. Top layer, then the layer under that, then the layer under that, and so forth, meaning that it takes baby steps. Steps you can handle. Panic attacks are counterproductive. I've dealt with that.

You getting high is not on me. You have to put down the bong if you don't want to get high. The program doesn't make you high, it induces the ideal state of awareness for you to heal and process what you need to heal and process. The program also has nothing to do with carelessness; any carelessness would be your doing, not EHPRA's. And doing things that you are against is not going to happen because the program isn't changing your morals and ethics, it's just helping you heal yourself.

It really does sound as if you are afraid of healing and losing your fears. Why would that be, I wonder?

Is there a wait time between 6 stage subs and E2? Ie if I was to run it in between should there be a time barrier at the end of the 6 stage and again at the end of E2?

You can take a break and allow the 6 stage set to "set", or not. It's up to you. I would recommend a few days off at least before starting a new sub.
