Glad to see some AYP journals.
Aim for at least 8 hours per day (and/or night), every day, for 4G programs. If I remember correctly, Shannon says between 8 - 21 hours, per 24 hour period, is okay for 4G.

It's only 5.5g programs so far that specify loops specifically.
5g and 4g programs, aswell as E2 are a minimum of 8 hours in a 24 hour period.
