RE: JAKE'S EHPRA 2.0 - dweller94 - 11-27-2016

I have been in your boat, what if you don't have any fears towards studying but it's the fact that you simply do not want to study when at home, unless you absolutely have to, by this I mean you only start working when you have a deadline approaching. So up and until the deadline you don't do anything because you don't have to.

I was doing the same thing, until I came across improve grades and study habits which did what it said. I was also doing E2 at the time as well, yes it was hitting all kinds of fears and phobias, I love how I felt on it but I was constantly relaxed and feeling good and I associated studying with not feeling good so I was avoiding it.

I did E2 for a month then switched to Improve Grades & Study Habits, Ultra Motivation 4G also hits the spot as well, it will pump you with motivational energy to get what you need to get done, but it also depends on your goal.

As Shannon suggested E2 will help you more in the long run, but I panicked and got IG&SH 4G and it helped me, I have left a testimonial on it as well. Another thing that will help is go and get your work done in the library and not in your apartment, set as many hours aside to do the work and get it done before you have to.

I used to look at other students constantly studying and thinking why the f*ck am I not getting on with it all.

You say:

"The fears that I believe I have, are what leads to my procrastination, laziness, etc as well as fears to actually study etc."

I have done E2 and I know you want something to help you with getting your goals achieved and studies being your goal, realistically when was the goal of E2 to help you achieve your goals, as far as I know:

This program is designed to be, and only be, an AID to help and direct you to heal yourself and relieve your own emotional pain, to whatever extent that is possible and safe to do.

Check out the script for the improve grades subliminal and then make a decision.

thank you so much for replying.

1stly can you share a link to your testimonial please or experience with the grades and study sub.

2ndly yes I do want to study thats the thing. I actually want to study. In my mind I see myself being a student proving my worth and ability to learn and I want to do well as I need this degree for my future career. The problem is I'm not actually doing it.

You're right about the library, I agree and this is something I've been wanting to do but its not been happening as I'm procrastinating even on sleeping early etc.

Ive had no results as yet with E2, (you can read my thread to see whats been happening) which is why I'm now lost and confused.

HOWEVER even though I hear you Shannon himself has now said I think to do this sub religiously for 6months.

So moving to anything else will concern me further too and add to my doubts, make sense?

Do you at all know what Shannon means by 10% faster etc results but more results with 50% but more resistance etc?

Also my goals are to get motivated and take action on studying and planning and cooking and eating good foods and sleeping on time and focused on taking action and not wasting time and energy doing nothing and just being action orientated. So shall I stick with what shannon said about E2 which is what I'm thinking of now doing or not and then move to a lesser 4g sub such as Motivation or IYGSH?

thank you

Can you explain exactly how you listened please such as :

1) US track or Masked (and which ocean or trickling stream)

2) Speaker or headphones/ earphone ?

3) Daytime or night?

4) How many hours a day?

5) How soon (days or weeks) before you saw results and what were the first results?

6) did you only listen for 1-2 months and then stop or did you listen for months and months and months until you graduated?

I used the US track during sleep, about 8 hours and 1 loop masked track trickle stream during the day as I got started on my work then I would just carry on working away.

I used it both day and night!

Believe it or not the next day I felt it's effects and a shift towards the goal, 4G subs are effective well for me atleast it's like it was making me do the work which is exactly what I needed. The goal isn't a big one its to get you to improve your grades and study habits and it did the job.

I started using when I had about 1 month to do my entire project work and submit, as soon as I finished the work, I stopped using it and did another sub, I'm trying to find my old posts, can't remember the details but I'll add when I find.

I'll check your journal to try and see what's going on.

Pick one volume and stay with it.

wow thank you for reading and replying Shannon, means A LOT!!!

ok 6months of E2 yes? not another sub i mean.

E2 only, no other sub.

Quote:5 hours a day ok. If i can't get 5hours in the daytime can I make up the rest at night so its 5hours in 24hours or strictly daytime?

5 hours in every 24. Back to back if possible. Otherwise, timing does not matter.

Quote:how do I do 10% or 50% on my cell phone (Samsung Galaxy s4 and my laptop which is a mac book pro and even my mp3 player for playing via my speakers at night) - please can you explain this.

The Galaxy S4 has a volume control of 15 notches. The closest you'll be able to do is 7/15 for 50%.

Quote:are these instructions for playing ultra silent or ocean or trickling stream please?

Whichever you prefer.

Quote:I need results and need to see results so I may pick 10% but then can I change to 50% later for more overall success?

No. Pick one or the other and stick with it across all listening devices you use.

RE: JAKE'S EHPRA 2.0 - Jake2015 - 11-28-2016

Shannon Thank you.

Ive been having doubts (since nothing has worked for me) as to whether my 2015 Apple MacBookPro could play US.

I tried the speaker test.

Playing via iTunes Player, I didn't play on FULL VOLUME but 50-75% approx and at the end when I brought my ear to the laptop (very close) I could hear sounds.

Playing via VLC player, I could hear crackling at the end of the track, again at 50-75%.

Whenever I have played US on my laptop it has been with iTunes player and I've always turned the laptop volume to full and iTunes volume to around 80-90% and can hear crackling around this and above.

Does this indicate that my MacBook Pro cannot play US? Sad

and at 50% volume, if I played masked and I'm watching tv and it overpowers it, shall I not worry and just maintain the listening?

thank you

RE: JAKE'S EHPRA 2.0 - Shannon - 11-28-2016

With Apple being a multimedia specialist for media creators, that really surprises me. It means that whatever means you use that produce crackling at those volumes, are not reproducing the ultrasonic accurately at that volume.

The good news is, in this case, the iTunes response is fine. VLC is not working for you. Just use iTunes. It's a software/codec issue, not hardware. Obviously, VLC is not optimized for Apple hardware.

RE: JAKE'S EHPRA 2.0 - Lowe - 11-28-2016

The odd thing I noticed with VLC is that sometimes playing the ultrasonic subliminal track for the first time in a while will cause crackling. However, click stop and then start the ultrasonic track again on VLC and it plays smoothly with no crackling.

In addition, if you play at lower volumes with no crackling (as I am) it should not be a problem. I simply avoid putting the volume at a loud level. With VLC at 2-3 out of 16 is enough to get -40db on Frequensee, which is around the recommended level.

I know my brain is receiving the input, so I don't think it's something to worry about. (I use MacBook Air)

Update: I looked up the maximum frequency for Macbooks and they are 20khz across their product line.

RE: JAKE'S EHPRA 2.0 - Bwarrior - 11-28-2016

I think you should use Ultrasonic. Don't rely on your laptop speaker since you don't know it's frequency response if it has 20khz or higher. better buy an external speakers that has 20khz or higher.
I was an e2 user while listening @ ultrasonic only. within 60days it really works as promised!

So you're saying that if I get crackling using iTunes Player at 60-80% volume then stick to 50% and if theres crackling there then reduce to 40% correct?

Or should I buy some speakers that play 20khz?

thank you

thank you Lowe

So even at 20khz across their product line, I get the crackling.

I have been playing at 80-90% volume on iTunes in the hope it reached my ears. But you're saying bring the volume down until I hear no crackling when I put my ears to the speakers, yes? ill retest frequensee do i do it using my phone next to my ear or next to the laptop speak (which is where the monitor and keyboard join)?

I've searched and can't find any speakers that are above 20khz, do you know of any? 23khz ideally?

and how were you listening, can you share your regime please.

thank you

RE: JAKE'S EHPRA 2.0 - Breeze - 11-28-2016

You are too analytical, man. Maybe that's why you are not seeing any results.

RE: JAKE'S EHPRA 2.0 - apollolux - 11-28-2016

What Leonidas said. Also, I'm pretty sure I said somewhere that since the MacBook Air I have and MacBook Pro you have use the same speakers and since ultrasonic works for me that it should work for you too.

RE: JAKE'S EHPRA 2.0 - Benjamin - 11-28-2016

Yep, every single piece of advice you get you say the exact same thing back and ask "do you mean that" when obviously they mean that. Maybe Shannon can comment but if you're like that here then it makes me wonder how you interpret the subliminals like is your mind going "oh did you mean that" "yes I did" "but did you mean that" "YES" "AHH".

Not sure but it makes some sense.
