RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Benjamin - 02-28-2016 Quote:You should have just thrown it twice as hard the first time to be more efficient. HAHAHAHA i'll remember that for next time! Quote:Hye Ben DONT FEEL BAD MAN,....I HAD repeat had 2 Lappys unti 6 weeks ago I'd had it with my slow as dick's hatband, older laptop,I'd tried everything in the book to get it back up to speed, even factory reset, ect. had tons of antiviral stuff to clear/clean and upgrade it... I'd finally had enough...Like Jimi Hendrix in the song "Room fulla Mirrors" I took MY Spirit and I smashed my mirrors..now the whole world is here for me to SEE...I whaled into it and pounded the monitor screen cussing like a sailor...I smashed the crap outta of it... in a word it is Kah-poot! feel great but dang I'd wished I'd smashed the bed mattress instead it bounces back:-) Have a great day Yawl...Southern Drawl Included. Hahaha Ihaven't smashed a computer. Once years ago I punched my CRT monitor and just hurt my hand. Shouldn't try that with a lcd one cos it would go flying. I'm no as angry anymore though. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - dissonance - 02-28-2016 lol CRT monitor, musta hurt. What were you mad at? A computer game? ![]() ![]() RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - SargeMaximus - 02-28-2016 (02-28-2016, 05:51 PM)dissonance Wrote: Laggy internet ***** up your porno stream? That shit's not funny... But it's also the drive for developing robotics and Artificial Intelligence I believe. ![]() RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Shannon - 02-29-2016 I leave for a few days and in this thread alone, there are pages and pages of posts. I can't possibly hope to read and respond to all that, given the challenges I face being productive enough even working 12+ hours a day and not coming to the forum at all. So I'll just keep working. Since I'm going to be back, anything important, just post again please. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - apollolux - 02-29-2016 Shannon's back from the usual overworked burnout! @Shannon - Is there any possible way you would currently be comfortable with taking the necessary steps to ensure that someone else can competently develop and/or refine IML subs in your absence? You seem to overwork yourself a lot and while moderation and troubleshooting can be handled by your existing mods/admins and web issues can be handled by Andrew, you are currently the only one writing and editing the actual motivational programs. Unfortunately, the nature of the beast is that I and I alone am responsible for this work load. I cannot share my knowledge with others yet, if ever, although I am writing a book on how I do this and I plan to pass it down eventually. But for the time being, it would be too dangerous in a number of ways to share this knowledge with others. It would be really nice if I could just hand off the job to a team of others, but I can't. I, it seems, am destined to work and work hard for my millions. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Broski - 02-29-2016 Hey Shannon, I seem to be pretty damn resistant and fearful of the idea of change/losing control. I resisted two back to back runs of AM6 and a follow up up of 3 months of EHPRA. After all that time I am still struggling with the same issues Ive sought to get over from the start. I am currently running OGSF 5G and its been about 30 days. I may be starting to notice some subtle effects but I am not for certain. My question for you is what would you advise me to do going forward? Should I continue on OSGF for 3 to 6 months or should I try to take a similar approach you recommenced to Catman judging by my failed cooperation to follow the subs suggestions in the past? Whatever your recommendation may be I am determined to stick through with it and come out the other side a better man. Giving up is not an option. As always thank you for your time Shannon, it is greatly appreciated! |
