The main reason for me listening to Indigo MindLab subliminals is because of the ultrasonic sound track - silent. Now I'm not saying I don't dream, I'm just not remembering any when I wake up. I posted the ones I remembered while listening to OGSF 4G, OF 5G, OGSF 5G, and EHPRA 2.0.

I don't remember which EHPRA 2.0 journal I was reading. The listener is using the masked sound track and is having vivid dreams.

Quite the opposite... People that hurt me in my past, that I feel owe me an apology and didn't apologize. I have been able to pretend they don't exist, in my memory their actions that hurt me are like a movie I watched and had no effect on me.

I know they exist because I see and interact with them. EHPRA 2.0 has given me the ability to smile and laugh around them without having to act fake. The way I feel and act are genuine.

I can see from the expression on their face and body language that my actions make them feel uncomfortable, they know that I'm not faking it and they aren't sure how I'm able to feel so at ease around them. The power they had over me is gone.

I also have other subs I would rather listen to, but I'm changing some of my future wants from how well EHPRA 2.0 is affecting me. I think some of those wants were based on unhealed fears and traumas that I wasn't aware of. A lot of trash gets thrown out on this baby lol.

Yeah, thanks. I'm experiencing a major lack of interest in the forums - all of them. I guess I'm not using the internet to hide away from life as much. I'm getting outside more (nice weather helps) and I'm more accepting of where I'm at in my life.

When something gets me angry, I am able to think it through logically to find a more peaceful solution and I am calm within seconds. I've learned, sometimes you have to walk away.

The price went up to $114.95 on April 14, 2016. I listened to EHPRA 2.0 for 42 days before I forgot to press play.

What's next?? Going to stop listening to subliminals for now. Explore and ENJOY the new outlook on life listening to EHPRA 2.0 has given me. I will continue to read journals on the forum and try to give helpful answers when I am able to.
