Overcoming Fear V3.
Quote:OF has been the cause of my ability to stop looking at Porn. I have not orgasmed in a month now and my sexual thoughts have been almost statistically zero during that point. However, I feel like I have hit the point where my sexual energy has reached the "full" point and it's spilling out or something. I hear that you can flatline and get a little depressed as your dopamine system recalibrates after you stop PMO so I am taking some things to increase my testosterone as that can assist your mood. So far no flatline but now my energy levels are higher and my underlying sex drive is at a peak it has not been at since my teens. The reason I think I am "full" is that I can feel the DRS has more power now. I can feel it emanate off my body. I have not felt an aura as strong as this since the DMSI version about 4 years ago now when I didn't orgasm for 6 months on it. Women treat me differently as well.
More banter during interactions or they just go nervous silent. Lots of stares ESPECIALLY from people in cars. I was a bit of a skeptic of some of the claims of nofap but now that the sexual energy cup is overflowing some of the claims people have made don't seem so far-fetched anymore. I also feel the sexual energy pouring out of me as well which affects males and females alike. There are a lot of beta males in my circle and they, along with women, seem to just give way and let me steer conversations and interactions. This has been a learning curve as I have needed to acquire better conversation skills and leadership skills as I never polished those as well as I could. Being more on the agreeable side and having some of the wisdom that comes with being in my mid 30's has really balanced out the aggressiveness that this increase in testosterone brings, I feel like agreeable men really need to keep their T levels high as a natural balance to the proclivity to being too nice and to prevent doormat syndrome.

Overcoming Fear V3.
Quote:Day 6/180
I am noticing a very subtle shift to my perspective towards challenges and fears. Its very hard to put this into words. The best way that I can describe it is that, I am more welcoming and willing to embrace discomfort and fear in the pursuit of a worthy goal. I think that I am morphing into a care free persona which is exactly what I need at this time of my life.
Several examples come to mind...
- The thought of calling my boss and asking for a salary raise doesnt seem to scare me as much as I thought.
- Travelling to another country as a digital nomad feels rather exciting to me.
- Being the introvert that I am and the thought of forcing myself to go out and socialise doesn't feel so daunting.

4 loops Hybrid(on Day 135)
OFv3 continues to make me a Self-validating individual, I simply now lack the need to show off, to receive validation or compliments on social media. My mind is focused on more important things.
Extreme levels of non-neediness also. I will not chase anyone at this point.
I've become much less impressed or intimidated by a woman's beauty. I am conscious of the fact that no woman is irreplaceable. There are an abundance of beautiful women. So her beauty has no power over me. I now look for much more than that, for traits such as femininity, kindness, good style...

Quote:Day 152 / 180 OFF
Determined to run UMSv2 as my next sub. I've been feeling a strong pull lately towards elevating my financial aspect. OFv3 has removed enough fear in this regard, I'm finding myself making bold decisions that I would have been afraid of before.

Quote:11/18 was the last day i had to use the sub so here are the results:
i am being more honest in my opinions now
if i want to go outside with no reason i just do it
i started walking on the pedestrian crossing with no problems (i almost got hit by a car 10 years ago so..)
i can stop eating when im full now instead of worrying about having to throw food away
the fear of missing out is reduced so now i can just save money instead of buying games at release
politics have less of an impact on me i just give a reaction for a few seconds and go further with my day
I feel more at home with my friends
i also have less fear of going back to school to get some more education cause getting a job is almost impossible at this point its not clear when or how but i'm more open to it now.

V3.
Quote:Earthquake: in-the-moment OF3 for an exceptional situation
A couple of days ago we experienced a Richter 7.1 earthquake. It was “exciting”, and not in a good way. Thankfully there were no victims and no major damage in our area but the fear was intense. After the quake, there was still a lingering, very powerful fear that was not going away. Even my dog was very stressed.
Instead of reaching for drugs*, I grabbed my iPad and blasted OF3 ultrasonic full volume. I was not watching the time but well before the end of the track (maybe 20 to 30 minutes), the fear disappeared completely, for me and every human in range. I just … relaxed. Soon after that I went to bed and slept like a baby.

Quote:After running OF for a bit more than a year I've made tremendous progress in multiple areas of my life and I'm in a way better place than I could imagine one year back. A lot of things have happened, I switcher careers, my relationships with friends are much better, I take social initiatives and my game with girls seem to have returned. So - thank you Shannon. OF helped me to climb out from hell.
Taking this journey, coming from being fearful and anxious and moving towards a life where fear is less a part of you (not fully there yet may I add) has also opened my eyes for how people and in extension whole nations are ruled by fear.
Previously you were going with that fear is the one si gle point which need to be taken care of for execution of subliminals to happen, and I support that. I would even say that fear is the one point that should be focused on in the majority of people to make the largest impact.
As you said, most people don't realize how much fear affect their lives before they have gotten rid of it.

Overcoming Fear V4.
Quote:Day 2 was pretty good.
Last night I was getting into bed and turned on the sub and was watching a video on my phone in bed and just chilling with the lights off. The sub started to arrest my attention and it was like the pressure valve of anxiety and fear that I had long forgotten how to open just opened up and it was a soul exhale that needed to happen for a long long time now. I just turned off the video and just let OF do its thing while I melted in a little bit of peace.
It's still a learning process though and while OF is paving the way I am learning to live differently. I'm not willing to live in fear anymore and remembering OF throughout the day has been helping with some of the more impulsive states of mind and being. I think one of the biggest things for me is to just impulsively push through subs to get to my "normal" state of being. However, I'm not entirely sure so that's just a maybe.
My humor and conversation ability is coming out again so that's good news. Still less stressed after work and because of that, I have more energy for after-work activities. My brain was starting to feel pretty burnt but OF has been helping.

Quote:The last night on I really felt like some of the pieces are coming together in my life right now and I understand some of the information and how it pieces together and really began to feel a sense of trust in whatever this thing is we call existence. Existential dread is greatly reduced and feelings of depression are almost nonexistent.
A whole lot of things are changing in my life now and all of them are good. I'm excited to see this program is still having an effect on me and I also understand how to allow subs to execute to effect better than ever. It's a knowing feeling more than an intellectual approach. The mind cannot fix the problems of life for it is the cause of most of them.

Quote:I'm pretty sure I've ran all the OF versions from starting at 5.5G
OF3 didn't work the best for me. It cleared stuff up to a certain point and then I just stopped clearing and was only masking my fear until the end of my run.
OF3 worked well but OF4 is actually working if that makes sense. It's still clearing things and working on my issues and I have yet to plateau. I can't say for certain yet but I believe this will be the first subliminal that I execute all the way through the run.
It hasn't been all that long though so we'll just have to wait and see, but so far this is the best OF by far. It's not something you can fully put into words, you'll have to experience it to understand.

Shannon Wrote:So basically, it's a slow and steady progress, but even with regards to the biggest and deepest stuff, it's still progress?
Frosted Wrote:Pretty much. It’s actually impressive OF4 is even doing that honestly. It’s gaining traction on fears that had LTU6 at an impasse with certain things. When I say it’s moving slow that’s relative to what I perceive OF4’s “normal” pace with me to be. In the grand scheme of things the speed could be considered extremely fast.
