Stage 7 only needs a month of use.  You can start your process of switching whenever you like, but finish out whatever usage cycle you're currently in first.

If you do not wait and let yourself bloom between LTU and UMS, then you need to include the days off from the cycle you're currently doing.  If you take 2-4 weeks and allow the LTU to bloom, that is not necessary.

The thought perspective would be the latter.

LTU is designed to be used long enough to make long term or permanent changes.  It may require more than run to do that, but you certainly did not hurt the chances of that happening by using Stage 7 for 4 months.  When you start UMS, it will shift your focus, but the program should be building on what LTU accomplished.  UMS effects will be most obvious, but it will not un-do whatever gains you made from LTU.  The "momentum" will shift to whatever has current focus, however.

I overdosed for quite awhile to break through. Seems now, the urge for such an overdose is greatly decreased. So the theory of needing the overdose to push through the difficult part and then settle back down, as Shannon postulated awhile back, is accurate.

Keep going guys. Don't be afraid to push yourselves in loops if you feel any urge to do so. It'll be worth it once they start compounding.

I wonder if AM6 is still worth running in 2021 / 2022.
And how would it work after running OFv3.
Or maybe AM7 comes out next year (2022).

In terms of confidence as a man, AM would still be the recommendation I’d bet. Confidence in dating, I would say AM plus the magnets would help with that, based on the progression of AM—>magnets. DMSI can technically help as well, once it starts achieving it’s states goals, because it would be drawing women to you instead of you pursuing them. That would help you tangentially by having you really believe that you are the prize. Until we get there through, as for general confidence as a man, AM would still be the one to go and once you finish that, SM and WM would be available to decide how you want to approach your dev elopement. 

As for AM being reworked. I believe Shannon said in the last he wants to only do so once he achieves 6G tech.
