RE: What should Shannon build next - summer 2022 - Benjamin - 08-05-2022 I like the idea of a paid ASC with FRM, though it depends on how it would be specifically different than OF v4 in itself which one i'll use next. Also another idea I had a while ago, it's not the full AM7 which I don't think will come now anyway, until 6g.. but it could be seen as a preparation or standalone. Basically 'Masculine Healing' which would be healing your blockages, limiting beliefs, etc around really expressing and being comfortable in your masculinity. Obviously FRM would feature in a big way, but also dealing with guilt and shame. And especially dealing with trauma from your upbringing, and the trauma/being attacked/shamed etc that's constantly been in society for years and only getting worse towards Masculinity in recent times. I don't know how much could be added before it starts being AM7 lite basically.. but aswell as the healing it would be good to have it going towards something too, like full expression of your masculinity, assertiveness, comfort in the world and with yourself as a man, masculine confidence, ideal workouts/training towards accessing your masculinity physically, and especially learning to stand up and deal with and not allow woke bullshit into your reality and to speak up against it. The second part may be too much added, but I think the idea of 'Masculine Healing' in my first paragraph is something worth thinking about. This could even be an offshot of the above ASC with FRM tilted in a Masculinity direction and I think it'd be popular. The value of that ASC or this Masculine Healing program over OF v4 is the specific focus if you want to go in that direction. I can't wait till AM7. We're almost there. A lot if not most of the problems from the male users in this forum stem from something related to masculinity issues from what i've seen (either a lack of strong masculinity/too feminine due to childhood programing etc). But I wonder if Shannon would ever make such a sub since it would sort of conflict with what AM does. In fact you could say it is AM. Suggestion for an additional piece to this excellent idea: TOFM A lot of the problems mentioned stem from low-T - or, more accurately, lack of high-T. We live in a world that is physically and psychologically anti-T, because it is anti-masculinity. TOFM is the response to that challenge. Yeah that's why I was unsure and thought of it as maybe a pre-AM7 thing. Adding too much onto it like in my second sentence may make it more like AM. Just having it to be fully just 'healing around masculinity' and then AM7 would continue with that on stage 1 and other things if you choose to do so... my thought is that it may just 'heal' but not necessarily be directed in a new way. Kind of like "Ok I feel like i've healed alot of these insecurities.. but where do I go now". Which may make a program like this challenging, but I definately love the thought of it since I feel AM7 will still be quite a while off. Quote:Suggestion for an additional piece to this excellent idea: TOFM I definately see the benefit of having that, but also an issue. TOFM basically just works when you're listening to it, and i'm not sure how much it would maintain.. the page says you have to keep using it. I'd rather something that guides you to do all the right things to build ideal testosterone - eating habits, eliminating endocrine disruptors, working out etc and having those as long term habits. Similar to using the hormone program for weight loss as compared to when the full weight loss program comes out that shifts your thinking, beliefs, habits, behaviours, deeper programming and such to achieve it in the long term so you can maintain it without having to forever use the program. Quote:We live in a world that is physically and psychologically anti-T, because it is anti-masculinity. TOFM is the response to that challenge. Very much so.. masculinity is inherently valuable and it actually appeals to me to be an ideal representation of what pisses those people off, because they are constantly pushing weakness, destruction, being a victim etc. Also they are afraid of it because men with high testosterone won't put up with the other bullshit they're pushing. RE: What should Shannon build next - summer 2022 - Shannon - 08-11-2022 You can do everything "right" to achieve high T, but if your body isn't specifically directed to do it, it will naturally slow down in T (and other) hormone production as you age. Eating the right things helps. Detoxing helps. Not eating the wrong things helps. Exercise helps. But natural hormone production fades as you age regardless. That's why there's so much market for hormone therapy, hormone boosters, etc. The only way to get the body to produce optimal levels of hormones is to be the right age with the right genetics, or to either induce it to or force it to. To the best of my knowledge, no matter what I do, I'm not going to be able to make a sub that causes you to produce optimal hormone levels without actively using the program. The way I see getting a persistent result from TOFM is this: in addition to the testes, lean muscle mass is a source of testosterone - the more muscle mass, the more T. While TOFM is elevating T, all of the lifting, eating well, etc. will take advantage of the elevated T to produce more lean muscle. That lean muscle will result in a higher "native" level of T production when TOFM is set aside to run other subs. So the persistent effect I think will happen isn't "sub continues to work after you stop listening", it is "sub raises T, increased T increases the lean muscle mass that comes from lifting, etc., increased muscle mass produces more T independent of the sub". Now, how much lean muscle mass would someone need to gain to maintain the TOFM-elevated T-levels? I have no idea, because it's going to vary. But using TOFM to jumpstart the muscle gain by raising T for a few months of hard workouts, etc. should be a big push forward. And continuing to lift, eat right, etc. after moving on to other subs will keep the positive feedback cycle going. Occasional booster runs of TOFM won't hurt, either. RE: What should Shannon build next - summer 2022 - DarthXedonias - 08-12-2022 I did want to add one other suggestion. A Self discipline/ Self control sub. I think just having those 2 things in abundance would help people get far ahead in life. I think self discipline and control is incredibly hard for me when it comes to studying for long periods of time. I just easily distract myself and do something else for fun or something useless that's deemed more enjoyable. My thought though is that AM5 and 6 had self discipline and control, but not LTUv6. On AM5, I was very focused on improving and sticking to my guns. Though, I improved a lot on LTUv6 too, but the person I was on AM5 was very different. I felt a determination that I desperately want back from AM7 since AM6 is too old to run. Doesn't have to be with just learning in a university setting but also just being willing to practice a certain skill, etc. Unfortunately given how the current economy is in a lot of first world countries its hard to actually have self control and self discipline. Good example the whole youtube Algorithm works off of giving you that dopamine hit which gets you to keep on looking at video after video and before you know it you wonder where the time went. On top of that I had recently read a few few studies where it was shown that the more the dopamine hit the more impulsive you get. Its part of reason why with things like youtube or games, etc you keep on wanting that "one more video/match" and start acting impulsive. I looked at the page and weirdly I couldn’t find mention of it though… maybe I saw it on the LTU5 page? I’m certain something so basic was put into LTU6.
