RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - Williamx25 - 11-04-2018 @Shannon Is it okay to drink alcohol while doing this maximum learning speed program? If you don’t listen that day, will drinking interfere with the program? Or should I just limit my alcohol consumption to a couple of beers only ? I’m still a college student and the fact that I I can’t have drinks or the occasional recreational drugs at student parties is a pretty big limitation for my social life / friends etc How can we go around this ? Or do I have to really be sober for the program to work? I understand that every drop of alcohol will set back / hinders my progress. But I want to know how much RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - ncbeareatingman - 11-04-2018 FRM v.3 an early reason for thanxgiving!! fer giving thanx early. Better out than in. While I would agree with most of the rest of what you've written in that post, I would think that women aren't necessarily "naturally better" at expressing emotion but instead that it's "more socially acceptable" for women to express emotions therefore they don't typically try as hard to actively suppress them. Due to the ASRB ratio you don't want to split it up, if you went even further than that and just did it in half an hour blocks it would be even less effective. You want to listen without interruption. http://www.subliminal-shop.com/faqs/what-is-asrb-ratio/ RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - Shannon - 11-04-2018 (11-04-2018, 07:20 AM)Determined Wrote: Hey Shannon, here's a thought First, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to write this as I see you are trying to help, and I appreciate that. The H&C is designed, in all but the EHPRA programs, to help you get to execution. It was based on my best understanding of what to do at the time, but it was not effective in the ways it needed to be. The result was endless healing and clearing, because the root cause was not being dealt with, and the stuff to heal was simply being regenerated as fast as it was healed and cleared. Then I traced it back and found that literally everything standing in the way of execution stems from fear. So I created the FRM, and that is showing promising results. The FRM should entirely replace H&C in all subs other than EHPRA and subs like LTU 5.5G which themselves contain EHPRA. That said, H&C has to be based on concepts that are not just universally understood, but universally accepted. Yoga, "pain bodies", meditation and the like are neither universally understood nor universally accepted. In EHPRA v3, we will be taking the process a huge step forward, but it has to be done in a way that is universally understood and accepted, which is not a very simple task. I have a lot of plans for it, and some of what you have written is included in my plans. But when I get FRM finished, we won't need "Side A" and "Side B". We will only have the program, and it will include FRM instead of H&C, unless it is or includes EHPRA. That's the goal. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - Shannon - 11-04-2018 (11-04-2018, 08:28 AM)dissonance Wrote: Is UMOP2 going to be the same and/or higher tech than USLM3, since it's being made after USLM3, even though it's one version "behind" (2 < 3)? UMOP2 is going to be the same level of technology as USLM3. The only reason for the difference in version numbers is that there was a USLM2 built in between, and UMOP was not rebuilt. Both will still end up being the same level of technology. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - Shannon - 11-04-2018 (11-04-2018, 08:34 AM)dissonance Wrote: Question for Shannon, and anyone else who has used both (if there are any)... This has been asked before a couple of times, and answered. UMOP and USLM are what they are. Both can produce the same results, but they don't have the same effects. Both, for instance, can produce motivation and get you to overcome procrastination, but one does it as a primary focus (UMOP) and one does it as a side effect (USLM). Likewise, both can make you successful, but again, one does it as a primary focus (USLM) and one does it as a side effect (UMOP). USLM includes the luck maximizer; UMOP has no such thing. UMOP specifically targets procrastination; USLM does not. UMOP is generally going to be a more narrow focus - motivation. USLM is going to be a broader focus - success and "luck" with whatever you're trying to do. If you want the more narrow focus, use UMOP. If you want the broader focus, use USLM. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - Shannon - 11-04-2018 (11-04-2018, 11:27 AM)Williamx25 Wrote: @Shannon State shifting, both In The Moment and Triggered, are there to help you make the program work at it's highest levels of efficiency and success. If you fully execute that code, they can and will simply autopilot you right to the end goal. That requires that you execute the code, however, instead of resisting it out of fear. Or de-railing it with drugs. You can party till the cows come home, and still have the program work. But the autopiloting and state shifting modules will have been de-railed, which will lessen the speed and effectiveness of the program. I am working on a way to cause the program to override the effects of drugs on the autopiloting, but that may not be possible. So in the interest of the safe, effective and useful motto, you must currently choose between living your life and achieving maximum possible results. For some, living their life is what makes more sense. For others, they will find that it is worth the extra effort to get the state shifting effects. I can't tell you which is right for you, but I can tell you that the program should work regardless, as long as you don't keep yourself in a state of drunkenness and/or drug induced altered state all the time. It will just work faster, better and more easily if you let it influence your mental state. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - TheGreatAttractor - 11-04-2018 @Shannon Will LTU 5.5G contain EPRHA 3.0? If yes, that would mean the next EPRHA needs to be built before the next LTU. Personally, I would like to see a LTU which is as effective as possible. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - Paul1131 - 11-04-2018 (11-04-2018, 11:27 AM)Williamx25 Wrote: @Shannon I’m getting pretty stellar results on USLM while still having the occasional beer. By occasional I mean I might average one drink a week. Issues might come if you got drunk or stoned while running the program, or were intoxicated while you should be doing something to achieve your goals. |
