So while I wait for @Shannon reply to my post above just to add as others have that I too now have paid and pre-ordered my copy of OF v3.
I havent time as yet to start a new journal but once im back in europe I shall - in a few weeks and thats when ill probably start listening unhindered too.
Some may be wondering after not getting any results from any subs, and having tried OF v1, and OF v2 without any results or noticeable effects why spend money on OF v3 now?
Im committed to my success and to my advancement and im still optimistic that if the subs have worked for some or many of you then it can work for me eventually. If OFv3 can work on me then it will be the start of a new era so im optimistic as always.

Best of luck to you, Jake. Wish you all the best with OF v3. I'm having great ride with USLM v4.2 and AoL but I felt that it's not the most important for me to do right now. There's unfinished business I must face related with fear. That's why I bought the OF v3 too.

Hi Jake, I had been missing your posts indeed (but hadn’t realized it had been so long… CoVid time flows differently I think)
I’m not Shannon but I’ll give my 2 cents on your PS because I have used that setup a lot. I think it’s a great setup if you can stay in the room for the full run.
Remember to:
- Use wired speakers (Wireless could work but wired is the only way to be 100% sure you’ll hear the subliminal messages. Since you didn’t have results last time, I wouldn’t risk wireless.)
Only if playing ultrasonic: (I don’t understand from your post which format you’ll run)
- Check the speakers’ Specs to see if they support a frequency up to 20 kHz
- Run the speakers test
- Set the volume with masked first and then use that volume for ultrasonic (if it’s too much, you can go one notch down)
- Optionally, double check the volume with the FrequenSee app placing the phone where your ears will be.

ASRB is calculated before it is uploaded. That is known. What isn't known is loops per day, days on to days off and months of use. That I'll be figuring out on Monday.

Trust me, I was experimenting with AOL (same generation) so I listened one loop per day ultrasonic, than all of the sudden, decided to go a day with two loops, so, that was ok for a day LOL , and than the next day did one loop hybrid, my head was like full...but I continued with hybrid, so after 7 days of hybrid (one loop) I was so much drained that I had to change something, so I went back on ultrasonic (one loop), that helped a bit, but still decided to do one day pause, and continued with ultrasonic (that was yesterday), today I am feeling much less drained, and thinking of taking one more day off to normalize (but for sure I will not take another day off)
So, this gen. indeed is very powerful!!
