RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - lano1106 - 12-18-2020 I was wondering the same. I have my wallet in my hand... Tonight, I should start a new OF cycle... I am wondering if it will be with v2 or not... RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - fab10 - 12-18-2020 Quote:Shannon, Do you use text to speech or your own voice?I always wondered that, and also if it is a male or female voice. I thought I once heard a glimpse of what seemed like a female voice. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - SouthPaw - 12-18-2020 Thanks for answering Shannon. If you ever decide to publish any kind of learning materials I will be the first to buy it. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Subzer0 - 12-18-2020 Can somebody point me in the direction on what Shannon's thoughts are concerning AM7, the objectives included, and around when it will come out, cost etc? I've been a silent viewer of the forum particularly interested in the Alpha journals and in dire need of developing a strong Alpha mindset. Im looking to purchase AM6 in the of summer 2021 for sure but I will wait if AM7 is comming around that time. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - tolgaocal80 - 12-19-2020 @Benjamin I changed site theme accidently in my browser, now I cant go back to the new theme, I cant find theme changer button anywhere, any idea how I can go back? I loved the new theme RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Bignoise - 12-19-2020 (12-19-2020, 12:05 AM)tolgaocal80 Wrote: @Benjamin I changed site theme accidently in my browser, now I cant go back to the new theme, I cant find theme changer button anywhere, any idea how I can go back? The same happened to me recently. So you changed the theme in the combobox below, and the new theme has not that combo. You should change it from the User's CP then: RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Bayern2 - 12-19-2020 *crosses fingers for the OFv2 release today* RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - CatMan - 12-19-2020 (12-19-2020, 08:04 AM)Bayern Wrote: *crosses fingers for the OFv2 release today* I waited up last night for it, seemed imminent, then nothing for like 6 hours. I don't know what happened. I used V1 for today's loops as it's day 1 of my cycle. Hopefully today it's out. Looking forward to it. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Jake2015 - 12-19-2020 I cant wait to read what the new OF will be in comparison to the last one (the one im using) - I really hope is more effective. fingers crossed! RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - maxx55 - 12-19-2020 Hey Shannon I've been running MHS 5 days on, 1 day off like you recommended. I haven't felt any difference at all compared to when I was doing 5 days on 3 days off. I haven't seen any noticeable results yet. Would you recommend continuing with 5 days on 1 day off or doing something else? I was trying to find this setting for a long time thanks a lot RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - CatMan - 12-19-2020 So... @Shannon , everything okay? OF V2 was imminent, then things have gone dark. Hope nothing happened like sickness etc. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Shannon - 12-19-2020 (12-19-2020, 11:39 AM)maxx55 Wrote: Hey Shannon I suggest you take a week off and just see if there are any noticeable changes from doing that, in case you have normalized the effects it has been having. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - Shannon - 12-19-2020 (12-19-2020, 04:54 PM)CatMan Wrote: So... @Shannon , everything okay? OF V2 was imminent, then things have gone dark. Hope nothing happened like sickness etc. Basically, last night I hit exhaustion with two steps to go (calculating days on and days off). Today, I found myself in every possible f'ed up situation that would prevent me from working until about 8 PM, at which point I was exhausted again. I am currently dosing caffeine. I have figured out the loops and days on, and am working on figuring out the days off. Once that's done, I flip the switch and it goes live. Let's hope the caffeine allows me to function well enough, or I will have to work on my day off, and spend 3 days calculating what should take me an hour. Neither of which will make me even slightly happy. |
