Day 76

Not much to say. I haven't had much motivation (procrastination) and haven't really applied for jobs. I'm liking the dog and she's doing better health wise but now she's starting to get into things and it's driving me crazy.

On the other hand I switched to the USLM 2 version and have done one set of 9 days (after taking the extra rest day on day 61) and I'll probably switch over to USLM 3 when it comes out after my 3rd rest day. Switching versions may be resetting things, so I'm going to restart the count of days when I switch to version 3 since I don't think Shannon will do a version 4 (never even read why version 3 was done. Tongue ).

Then again on the procrastination, I've been distracted by RL and the Fallout 76 B.E.T.A (I am mixed on the game but having fun). I need to wrangle myself and focus on applying for jobs. Also, I'll probably drop the title involving the sleep induction because I haven't been using it since I need to get my loops in while I sleep.
I preordered Fallout 76 but I don't have high hopes for it. I loved every fallout from 1, but they ruin games making them multiplayer. I don't want idiots with names like "L33tidi0t" running around ruining the game for others as will inevitably happen. And multiplayer games get dumbed down alot to make it 'accessible' as they call it. But since it's fallout I had to give it a go.

It's like I loved Skyrim and have played 100s of hours since it come out, but Elder Scrolls online is the biggest steaming terd ever. I can't believe I wasted my money on it, it's just like every single crap generic mmo that's ever been made since they started making mmos.
Day 13 of USLM v3
I've gone through one and half cycles at this point. I feel like I want to accomplish some of my goals but still haven't taken all the steps I need to.

Hey Shannon

How do I know when to go up/or down in loops?

I've done Sleep induction aid + 6 USLM v3 loops since v3 was released (started with five, but when I recreated the playlist, I accidentally added the sixth loop).

So far I've seen nothing but great results, and I don't feel any tiredness or burnout (when possible, I do take a 20 min nap in the afternoon just to recharge).

You can follow the instructions, or you can strike out on your own. I can't stop you from doing it your way. If you do it your way, follow your gut feelings.

I haven’t been doing well the past couple of days. Lots of headaches and not so great sleep. Did have some luck finding a dog to adopt which should help a bit with my bouts of melancholy (Dog will arrive at thouse probably Thursday). As for future plans, I plan on switching to the new version after when I get to the rest days by doing 3 tests then the new version. 6 hours should also be doable and, thankfully, easier than 7. Just wish my body wasn’t having problems and I’d have good luck on the job front.

6 loops of the new version is 8 hours.

One loop is one hour....so 6 loops should be 6 hours.....how can it be 8 hours?

If you looked at the time stamp of the post, you'd notice he posted that during the V2 release. He was correct when he posted. V3 is 1:0, or 60 minutes per loop, 6 loops = 6 hours.

I did not notice that. Thanks for pointing out.
Sorry for any confusion. I changed the title but kept the same thread rather than create a new one and I'm restarting the timer because I haven't had much posted.
Day 23

I think I've been heavily resisting this and I'm not exactly sure why. I've had some reflections and maybe I was more affected by being let go from my last job than I thought, especially since they never told me exactly why. I've only noticed small bits of luck here or there. Although, I've gotten a bit more into developing a few ideas I've had which gives me hope that something will happen. Now for me to actually keep my planned schedule for the week and not blow it off quickly.
Day I’m not even sure anymore

I’ve been listening consistently and keeping to the proper schedule but I’m running into roadblocks when I start to do something. I think when I come back to this, I’ll need to do version A with healing because there is some type of mental block that stopping me from doing things and this isn’t able to just bulldoze through it. The luck aspect has somewhat helped me and I’m happy for that but I’m not accomplishing my goals.

I’m also starting to have physical problems creep in again. I’ve been having issues with my arms off and on for months now (even before I started this sub). I think I’m going to stop this today and then switch to MHS after a month to run it for 2 months for a cleansing and healing. After that it’ll either be DMSI or US/LM A. Some part of me is afraid I’m running away but I’m really not seeing results and it has been over 3 months since I’ve started this sub, even if there were multiple versions. Here’s hoping I have better luck in a few months with A or I’ll switch to motivation and procrastination.

I’ll answer any questions but this will probably be my last entry for this journal.

Edit: Also have had good luck with a few times receiving free food. Usually it was because something went wrong with the meal but they were minor inconveniences at most on the day. I mean, getting an entire $25+drink meal comped because we had no service for 25 minutes was worth it to me. Tongue
